The staffs was very accommodating and their AC was the best.. we stayed different hotels but their AC was the best. The bed was comfortable

Clean hotel, friendly staff and service, only thing I would say is that the wifi was a bit slow but still serviceable and usable

It was a nice hotel, good for it's price. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have parking lot. So if you're renting a car then this hotel needs to be avoided or you need to spend more on hourly parking.

Nice location, nice reception but the rooms are old and has a mouldy smell.

Excellent stay with no problems whatsoever, plenty of ample parking available outside the hotel (paid 15 AED for 24hrs). Breakfast had a wide variety of food also available.

Horrible place with totally unprofessional staff and management when i arrived after 2 hours of waiting for my room they told that they are fully booked and they will transfer me to another one from their chain called down town millennium when i arrived they didnt know any thing aftr telling the story from the beginning they gave me a horible room i will put its photos and i told them many times for this things there only answer that (you problem that you came in height season i dont recommend any one to go there at all

The room is clean and spacious and the location is strategic. The Burmese lady Khaing at the reception was great and fast to check-in.

Friendly staff but the hotel feels more like a 2 star and not a three star, for example, you need to request an iron and slippers. They don’t have lotion. Breakfast could be better. I guess because I was here during winter, the staff were too busy to respond quickly. Overall, and considering the cost, I’d recommend this hotel as a budget hotel with a good location.
