Had a lovely stay. Just struggled to sleep due to loud music from PJ BESIDE our room. Pool was nice and quiet just bit chilly but still warm enough to swim. Breakfast was lovely. Friendly staff

Convenient location, good connection with public transport, clean hotel and polite staff!! We particularly enjoyed the pool and Wellness Center.

The location is unbeatable: everything is within easy reach. The staff are really helpful and responsive, the facilities very easy to use, the room well equipped and comfortable. The fact is that the non-smoking rooms are only on the first floor which means the view of the technical rooms, the humidity coming from the spa / swimming pool, no privacy because the employees pass freely in the corridor in front of the window and the impossibility to open the window for safety reasons. For a long stay it is quite heavy. Overall, a good time spent at this establishment.

Housekeeping Mr Tajwhen he comes to our room he always changes everthing that needs to be changed in the room he also cleans our room he always asks us if we need anything eldo and he is very kind and happy to stay here I love this hotel so much thanks you Mr taj an housekeeping Arshad

My stay at Al Ain Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi was pleasant overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. However, room service was slow and not very knowledgeable about the food they served, and room cleaning was not so good but could be improved for longer stays. The hotel's location was excellent, offering convenience for exploring Abu Dhabi. The highlight was the spacious and inviting pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Despite some minor service delays, the genuine hospitality of the staff stood out. Their willingness to help and their friendly attitude made a positive impression throughout our stay.

Facility is so clean and all staff are helpful and friendly. I definitely choose this hotel for another booking bringing my family. Swimming pool also is fantastic. I recommend this hotel for your stay either for business, couple and great for family stay! Accessible are as well.

Booked the hotel for 2 people and we check in 7.00 pm and at 7.15 my friend came to visit at that time they told visitor are not allowed at the hotel and 7.30pm I checked out and book other hotel.In my life never book again these hotel in my life . Never expected

Mr taj is very good in housekeeping and is a very approachable person .cleaning in room 126 is very nice location is also good the swimming pool is very clean l . All the staff is very polite . L would recommend to the my friend to come here etc . I will definitely come next time l felt very happy staying here for days housekeeping taj is a very nice person thank you al aln palace hotel 🏨
