This is a great hotel! Mr. Raja at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. He stored our luggage for several days and explained everything clearly. The room was very clean, and it's only a 20-minute walk to the airport shuttle bus stop.

This hotel is centrally located, which is very convenient for business trips, and also great for tourists. It's next to a large shopping mall, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Public transportation is also easily accessible. The window view is nice, and there's even a football field.

Unprofessional management service in check in and even with assist with luggage in check-in didn't bother to assist however the hotel was comfortable.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are a bit small but well organized. Small parkings might be the only issue.
