We had to change rooms 3 times during our stay. The hotel was almost falling to pieces where many things struggled to work. There was no cold water in the first room then the second room's drain exhibited a clicking sound the whole night which was loud and disturbing. The staff however were friendly and did their best to assist with our needs and changing rooms. Overall more can definitely be done with the maintenance

Decent location, it's just walking distance from 'Indian palace' that is one of my favourite restaurants in Abu Dhabi. Staff is helpful, even during refurbishing. There wasn't hot water in the shower...

Totally terrible services, the lines were generally not opened and when I tried to explain our circumstances the hotel reply and service were extremely rude! NOT recommended at all, location was bad too!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Ramada Abu Dhabi! I had an amazing experience staying at Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Downtown. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk team made sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained with all the modern amenities you’d expect — super comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and great city views. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to Corniche, malls, and restaurants. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh options. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money. I’d definitely recommend Ramada Abu Dhabi to anyone visiting the city — whether for business or leisure. I’ll absolutely stay here again!
