Good location, but if you rent a car, parking it in the evening is a problem as the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

Great location and lovely service. The team was attentive and genuinely welcoming. The washing machine is a great amenity. One small note: A washer-dryer combo would also be a great upgrade since the unit doesn't have a balcony for air-drying.

Terrible! Safety: The room door wouldn't lock! I only discovered it the next morning when I was leaving. I stepped out, closed the door, and when I pressed the handle from the outside, it just opened! It's chilling to think I slept in a room with a faulty lock all night. Water Pressure: The water pressure for washing and showering was very low, less than half of what a normal household tap provides, as shown in the picture. Refrigerator: It cooled, but it leaked severely. All the fruits I put inside were submerged in water the next day. The room was very dim. I had to turn on the lights even during the day, and even then, they weren't bright enough. Out of three lamps, all three were broken. The windows were covered in years of dirt! But then again, it's a three-star hotel in a country where it doesn't rain or snow, only dust, so cleaning the exterior walls is probably not a priority. Condition: Extremely, incredibly old and dirty. Stains on the walls, ceiling, bathtub, and sink... The shoddy renovation... Ugh. Location: Very inconvenient. There's a bus stop right outside, but to catch a bus on the opposite side, you have to walk 500 meters around. Plus, bus services are infrequent; you'll wait forever. There are no shops or restaurants nearby.

The hotel's location is decent, and the room was spacious. The front desk staff provided good service. It's mainly about value for money, and the bedding was quite comfortable. However, there was a leak next to the toilet in my room, not sure why. The Wi-Fi was good, which is important.

Hotels in 'developed' countries just can't compare to the value for money you get back home, but this one was clean enough and the service was decent. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it's a pretty central location.

The location is great, about a 20-minute taxi ride to both the Louvre and the Grand Mosque. It's also right next to Abu Dhabi's main bus station, which is convenient for trips to Dubai. The room was a good size – not too big, not too small. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they were clean, and the area around the hotel was quite quiet. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, so if you don't want to venture far, you can just eat there. Just a heads-up: you need to turn on a switch for the hot water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.

It's a shame the pool was in the shade and tiny, so it wasn't really worth it in the end.

Very poor value for money. The Asian front desk staff had a bad attitude. For a 600-a-night room, the toilet was broken, the bathtub leaked all over the floor after every shower, and the mattress was saggy.

Everything was very decent, especially the service. They helped out many times. Good staff, ready to help at any time. Great location right in the center, easy to get to any point by bus.

We booked the last available room late at night. We always stay here for business trips. It's convenient in many ways, and the breakfast is especially good. We had another great stay this time.

I chose this hotel for a short trip to Abu Dhabi with my daughter. The hotel is centrally located, with public transport stops nearby. Check-in was quick upon arrival. There's no mandatory deposit. The room is quite spacious and matches the photos on the website. It has everything you need: a comfortable double bed, a desk and a coffee table, two chairs, nightstands with drawers, and a good-sized wardrobe with a safe inside. There's also a kettle, cups and saucers, bottled water, and sachets of tea, coffee, and creamer. The bathroom has a small but comfortable bathtub, a hygiene kit, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, plus a hairdryer. Towels are provided for two people: one large bath towel, one face towel, and one foot towel. This was sufficient for my child and me. Upon entering the room, there's an almost fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and cabinets with dishes. There's also a washing machine. Breakfast was included in the price. During our three-day stay, the breakfast dishes changed daily – an option not always found even in 5-star hotels. Cleaning was regular, and we had no complaints about the quality of housekeeping. Within walking distance of the hotel, there's a Lulu supermarket (a local chain) where you can find everything you need. There are also coffee shops and cafes around the hotel. The nearest mall is a half-hour walk away. In terms of value for money, this is an ideal option. I would gladly return again.

Well the room that was given to me at the beginning was very claustrophobic while I decided to have a bath and the water heater failed to work. I asked the engineer to come and check it and after 2 attempts it could not be fixed hence the hotel changed my room and gave me a good room. The location of the hotel is great and it’s accessible to many public locations and it’s at the downtown area. The central bus station is just 4mins away by car and walking about 13mins. The reception was very helpful at all times.

Not expensive, good option in Abu Dhabi if looking to explore. Location not far from Corniche beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Clean, simple and lovely accommodating staff
