The front desk service and the breakfast room service staff are really amazing! There is nothing to say about the service and price. Although the selected suite does not have the sea outside the window and the yacht does not match the order, we can accept that enthusiasm is the first thing!

We had a great time here. Multiple pools, private beach and a nice Belgian beer cafe with spacious outdoor seating. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Special thanks to Dilun serving at the outdoor bar. Great chat and customer service.

I have nothing to say about the scenery. I praise it very much. I want to complain about the bathroom. There is no outlet for a hair dryer. I have to blow my hair in the room, which affects other people’s sleep. There is also no place to put mobile phones in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is very accessible. It looks newly developed as it is very clean and the design looks modern. The best thing I like about this place is the pool; It is very kids friendly though the timings of the pool are really short unlike other hotels in Royal M its 8am till 6pm, check in time is 2pm the schedule of the pool is very tight like you only have 2-3 hours to enjoy it. The hotel room is very spacious but not sound proof because we can hear the TV of the room beside us.

The newly opened hotel apartment has a great environment and is especially suitable for a family to live in a large room together. The two-bedroom room is really spacious, has three bathrooms, and is very clean and tidy. But the sea view is not particularly perfect because there are some buildings under construction in the sea. At the same time, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities are broken, such as the window door handles and door stops. In addition, the hotel apartment shares a breakfast area with the InterContinental Hotel. The InterContinental Hotel is really old and the restaurant is really crowded. It takes 10 minutes to walk there every time. The scenery along the way is still very beautiful.
