It was also in a great location with easy access to the motorway, making it a perfect base for our trip. What really made our stay stand out was the exceptional customer service. Mo Makda at reception was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He greeted us with a smile, made us feel genuinely valued as guests, and was happy to answer our questions and assist with anything we needed. It's rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile to make guests feel so comfortable, and his professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxed, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about providing a positive experience. We left feeling well-rested and very happy with our stay. I would happily recommend Travelodge Blackburn M65 to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay with outstanding customer service.
