I had a wonderful stay at VAYA Achensee and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the view from the accommodation was truly stunning. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing nature around Achensee. Overall, a lovely experience — beautiful location, great atmosphere and excellent service. I would be happy to come back.

We had a very nice stay at VAYA Achensee. The hotel is modern with good wellness and pool area, espacialy the outdoor natural water pool was great. Very friendly staff and good breakfast and dinner.

It was GREAT! It was insane! The service was so good, the people so friendly. I’m actually not sharing my experiences often, but this one was definitly oneto share for! The reception was beyond flexibel, friendly and doing so much more than there best!

Beautiful place, inside and out, located very close to one of the most affordable ski stations I’ve seen. The rooms were warm, really comfortable and quiet, with a perfect view of the mountains to wake up to. I used to sat outside on the balcony with hot choco. Breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve had in any snow resort: plenty of choice and good quality products. The staff were extremely welcoming and always available whenever we needed something, which made the stay feel very relaxed and easy. The area around the resort is full of hiking trails, and I even found a few waterfalls on my walks, which was a great bonus on non-ski days. I'll comeback for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at VAYA. Modern, clean, and very comfortable rooms in a beautiful location near the lake and mountains. The spa area was relaxing, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Over priced restaurant and could do more from eco point of view but otherwise the apartment and facilities were great. Didn’t try the breakfast… Some kind of parking enforcement skills be enforced!

What a lovely place. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The resort is beautiful, well kept with lovely gardens and nice play areas. Breakfast buffet was delicious and restaurant staff couldn't have been more helpful. Really convenient location for the region. Would love to come back
