The rooms, one different from the other, are a wonderful place like the common areas: the first floor kitchen, the intimate pool surrounded by a very clean garden. All was studied and made to make the guest well-being. We were welcomed by the owners Sebastian, Grace and Leticia, by the employees, with empathy, courtesy, professionalism and attention. They have found a solution to every request we have. We have been allowed to live this moment of joy and emotion as we were "home" It is all going beyond every one of our most rosary expectations. Surely we will come back, but above all we recommend it to everyone for every occasion. Thank you again"

"I and my family spent here 3 days at ferragosto horse. We were a twenty people. Stay to say little super!!!! Very comfortable rooms, equipped with everything necessary and spacious. The swimming pool is not very large but perfect for a relaxing day. A very rich and abundant breakfast but what most of all has surprised me was the extreme availability of owners, who have met every request as we were family states!!! Very thank you ... 5 stars are also little!!!!"

The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer."

"Simple but central structure, sinful both in ZTL and the owner/manager, Fabrizio, had not only not informed us, but did not even know, possible? At the request of the local police to communicate our ticket and then avoid the penalty for our luggage load/loading there was a lack of professionalism. Result: MULTA arrived, with so much notification costs, etc. ! I contacted the owner asking him to go to the local police and make us cancel the fine because on the receipt of payment I had made the card note or to reimburse the penalty by lacking his professionality ... reticence Absolutely."

Salvatore and Donatella, the owners, live on the premises and are delightful people and take care of all your needs. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. I have been staying here, once a year, for 11 years, usually for three weeks, and it truly is a “ home away from home “."
