Howard Johnson by Wyndham Acton

This is an old motel. The room was clean. The bathroom is quite small. The shower is very small. The furniture is very old but clean and useful. Lots of drawers.

We like some of these old-school motor inns but didn't love this one. It was inexpensive, and we got what we paid for in this insanely inflated world. It's a weird setting with four huge (solar?) panels in the middle of the property, but maybe that's how they keep the prices lower in very pricey New England. It needs lots of cosmetic repairs and updates, but then it will cost twice as much. C'est la vie.

Nice clean room, convenient location, decor, furnishings, and bathroom fixturing is dated, but in good condition. Will be staying again as it’s a very affordable room with super comfortable beds, cold AC, WiFi, microwave, fridge, and a TV. Was worried it would be noisy as it’s close to a main road, but it was super quiet and I slept like a rock.

Property was clean and well kept. Same for the room! Could use some upgrades in the bathroom a bit. But overall, it was great! Thx!!

delightfully surprised when we got to our room super comfortable beds and very very quiet on a saturday night retro feel but everything from the shower to the linens etc were great staff were helpful friendly and kind

Room was so dirty. I was afraid of getting bed bugs. They also charged me twice for the stay - I booked on ******* and paid & then they charged me again at the property

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Only negative was that the soda machine wasn’t working. Overall good stay and reasonably priced.

The only thing this place has is proximity to Sudbury. The door was warped and had a 3” space at the bottom so mice could get in. So obvious that they tried to fix it and couldn’t. Broken toilet paper holder, mirror,etc.

A convenient place to stay if you are passing through. Similar vibe to the interstate motels we used to stay in back in the 70’s
