"The service was average. The night customer service agents was snobby and lacked in people skills. The hotels is dated but it was convenient for me making an overnight stay. The location was ideal for this trip. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay. Cleanliness was average. The morning agent was professional and nice."

Holiday Inn Express BOISE-UNIVERSITY AREA by IHG
"My stay at The Holiday inn Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and seamless. The check-in process was efficient, with staff who were both welcoming and knowledgeable about local attractions and dining."
The Sparrow
"The sparrow was an amazing place to stay, there is a unique common area to play games or get work done in and also it is attached to a cool coffee shop. Ayla was absolutely incredible. Giving that it is downtown I was unfortunately woken up a couple times early in the morning due to a car alarm going off, but that was more so just what you get being downtown and not reflecting of the hotel itself which was wonderful. Hope to stay there again my next time in Boise."
