This service is absolutely terrible, truly awful. If you want to order room service and pay with cash, you have to go down to the front desk first to pay, and then the front desk notifies the restaurant. I tolerated that. But when I got to the front desk and explained why I was there, as I was about to pay, they asked me where the cash came from and demanded proof. I told them I got it from the bank earlier, but I'd already thrown away the receipt. Since I couldn't prove it, I couldn't order food.
