This hotel is relatively clean in Addis Ababa, and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. However, there is often a cooking smell in the lobby, which I personally don't like. In addition, although I have booked a room online, I wasted a lot of time at the front desk. They couldn't find my order and even tried to arrange a room that didn't match the reservation. The management in this area needs to be improved.

Recently had my wedding celebration in Ethiopia during March. We stayed here with our wedding party. The food was excellent! We missed Alex. Alex provided excellent service and food. Food was delivered quickly for room service as well. We enjoyed the different ethiopian tibs (chicken, beef tibs, derek tibs). Shiro was also bomb! Hanna helped us put together a package that worked for our stay. Rooms were cleaned and suite was worth the price. Service by the bellmen and front desk was excellent. They helped us with luggage and were polite. The only issue was that night time noise is high throughout night in the neighborhood. The higher rooms are better since they give you some distance. This is something the government should help change in Chenchenia area. It felt like a mini home during our time there. Thank you all!

The check-in process at the hotel in Addis Ababa was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well-equipped with a safe, slippers, shower gel, and shampoo. The bed was comfortable, though a bit on the softer side. Breakfast is good, enough food, juice, water, fresh fruits and vegetables are here. Also in each floor and room is wifi. However, I was disappointed to find out that the check-out time was earlier than expected. The Booking app stated that check-out was at 12:30, but we were asked to leave the room before 12:00. Additionally, the hotel was a bit noisy, and the balcony faced a building under construction, so there were workers around throughout the day.

Lovely stopover hotel. The service there was exceptional. The waiters go above r and beyond to cater to your service. The rooms were clean, good location. WiFi can be hit and miss but you just have to find the right spots. Close to the airport and free shuttle service

My recent stay at Check Inn was absolutely fantastic, largely due to the incredible staff. Hanna at reception was an absolute standout, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting a wonderful tone from the moment I arrived. In fact, all the staff, from the restaurant to the door, were polite, attentive, and made me and my friends feel right at home. The hotel's location is superb, in close proximity to the airport, 22, Bole etc... and its cleanliness is impeccable and excellent value for money. While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of small suggestions for improvement. The breakfast buffet could offer more variety, and the in-room phones weren't working during my stay. Despite these minor points, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional team, (especially Hanna, Eldana, Ethiopia are the great staff that come to mind) as well as its prime location and great value.
