Very close to Chinatown, and the hotel staff were quite friendly. The coffee and croissants at the front desk were just okay. Overall, it's still good, and the location is convenient, within walking distance to the CBD. You can Uber to Penfolds Winery.

The hotel's design is very colorful and youthful, a refreshing change from the usual dull hotel aesthetics. It felt very new and unique. You can request various services and amenities, like different pillows, through the app and they arrive in about 10 minutes, which is quite efficient. We booked a twin room, and both beds were double beds, very comfortable. It's incredibly close to the must-visit Central Market, just across the road, making dining super convenient – no need to even book breakfast at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, so the summer heat wasn't an issue at all. Highly recommend!

Beyond its great location, everything else was a letdown. The rooms were tiny and poorly designed. Housekeeping was incredibly sloppy; all they did was make the bed. I'm not sure if it was a Trip.com issue, but both of our rooms were on the first floor and right next to the elevator. Parking was $30 a day, with only one entry and exit allowed per day. We used the hotel's valet service, which cost us $98 for two days.

Got a free room upgrade, and it was the biggest room I've had on this Australia trip. The location is great, right at the entrance to Chinatown, with tons of dining and shopping options nearby. The only downside is the parking. The hotel's paid parking lot is quite a distance away, so I had to park there and it was a hassle getting back and forth to the hotel. Valet parking also required a wait. There are some paid 3-hour parking spots on either side of the hotel that become free after 9:00 PM, but you have to get lucky to snag one.

I booked two rooms, and one of them had an electrical issue. Every time we tried to boil water with the electric kettle, all the outlets in the room would lose power. When I reported it to the hotel, the staff seemed to already know about the problem, immediately identifying the kettle as the culprit, but they didn't offer any solution. Since my elderly parents prefer to drink hot water, they had to come to our room each time they needed to boil some. I really don't understand why the hotel would ignore such a known issue and not even mention it at check-in. This definitely needs improvement.

The hotel is new and well-designed, with spacious rooms. It's the most recommended hotel from my trip to Australia. The facilities are good, but it's a bit inconvenient that you have to go to the first floor to get drinking water.

Perfect location for a day out exploring Adelaide markets and Chinatown as the hotel is just a stone’s throw away.

The room was good, a very nice view of the city/hills. Some minor flaws was no toothbrushes, and finding a little bit of dust on my bed (but can be removed). Overall very nice stay
