"Excellent location, beautiful surroundings."

"This hotel is really speechless🙄️, I was cheated the whole time!!! First of all, we checked in at chick in around 7:00 pm on November 26th, and then the man said that we had three reservations, but I only made one reservation on Ctrip, and then he said that since we had three reservations, the other two reservations were removed and they still said that they would charge a fee, so my classmate and I argued at the front desk that we only made one reservation. Then the man didn't say anything. What's more hateful is that we only drank two bottles of Coke + a bottle of champagne and two generations of nuts on the 28th and 29th, but they didn't distinguish right from wrong and didn't investigate, and just deducted money from me according to the daily full set of mini bar supplies. I found the Ctrip platform, and they went to the hotel to argue. I ******* marked the beer unopened in the photos sent back by the hotel, and it was fine, but the bill sent to me by the hotel also included the cost of beer, which was calculated according to the full daily mini bar consumption... The Ctrip platform is very active in solving this problem, and they reimbursed me half of the cost. (Pictures 4 to 7), I marked the beer as unopened, but they still deducted money from my bill. I was so angry. I negotiated with them, but they just played dumb. Finally, they didn’t authorize my credit card without my consent, which led to the two subsequent deductions. I was completely confused... It’s a black shop. I would have called the police in China~~~ Do you only know how to bully Chinese people?"

"Breakfast consisted of poor quality products; single portion in plastic, limited selection and not renewed. Spacious and clean room despite outdated equipment and broken blinds. The bedding was okay, but worn. The staff was pleasant."

"We stayed for a week in the beginning of November. Beautiful room, even more wonderful terrace with an absolute amazing view. Loved the spa, especially the outdoor pool. The food was very good (especially the soups, loved them!!), but the organization of the restaurant needs a little work. Receptionists were very friendly, just like most of the staff. There was however one thing that was absolutely not acceptable and was to say the least quite frustrating. One of your waiters, I believe his name was Thierry, kept bugging us (and every table around us apparently too) about the upcoming American election and how he favored Trump. After gently letting him know we weren't interested in discussing that with him, he still started this conversation everytime he saw us. Even after we made clear that we really did not like the way he droned on about the elections and especially about Trump, the first thing he did after election day was coming up to us to tell us how glad he was Trump won.  Otherwise our holiday was quite wonderful, but his persistent  discourtesy really left a sour taste."

"This hotel is a real green, staff are kind amiably and efficient, feels like a family hotel, about 40 rooms, rooms nice and cozy, food outstanding, we booked the half board deal and have enjoyed each and every bite Amazing incredible views from the room Spa is really nice, in the hotel patio, has a jacuzzi operated by a token (5 CHF) last for 15 minutes emptied and sanitized after each use, wet and dry sauna An amazing experience!"

"The apartment was really lovely and the operators made it easy to do everything virtually - the town is also adorable. My only big complaint is that the bar next door allowed people to sit outside and be so noisy until very late (which is typically against Swiss noise standards) and it made it so we couldn’t open the windows so we roasted…"

"I have been going to the Hotel Alpina for ski holidays since I was a child and have loved it ever since. Now I have been there for the first time with my 7-month-old daughter and I was delighted again. Superbly equipped for children, very friendly staff, fantastic food/buffet, as well as a beautifully renovated dining room, comfortable, clean rooms, competent and courteous administration. Simply fantastic all round! I recommend the Hotel Alpina to all families (we have been there for years as an extended family with uncles, aunts, cousins ​​and grandparents) but also with friends or alone and as a couple, it offers everything you could wish for! "An easy 5 minute walk from the post bus station. The property is dated but in mint condition. Large rooms with expansive balconies. Bar and a large sitting area are part of the reception area. Both the reception and restaurant service was par excellent. Very friendly and was well looked after. Stayed on half board basis and food exceeded expectations."
