We stayed at the Kurortny Park Hotel in Sochi, Grand Way chain, from February 22 to 26, 2023. Very comfortable! The hotel is new, opened in December 2022. The decor is pleasing to the eye, everything is tasteful. There is a kitchen area. The stove does not work yet, but there is a microwave, all the necessary utensils. Daily cleaning, towels are changed daily. The location is optimal! 5 minutes to the sea, opposite the circus, on the side of the Arboretum. Convenient to get there. Bus stop 80 meters away. Absolutely all buses pass by. What is nice: you do not need to climb a mountain to get to the hotel, the stairs are small. If someone reacts to road noise, you should not take a room with a sea view. Although with the windows closed and in these rooms everything is fine. The price is still low. The staff is polite and friendly. Always in touch on WhatsApp. In general, a great new hotel!

04.06.2025 приехали в Адлер, чтобы 05.06 вылететь в Анталию. Сняли в гостинице «Аэропорт» по адресу: ул. Мира, 44 (она расположена ближе всех к Аэропорту) номер на сутки без питания за 5600 рублей ! Нас засели в 3-этажный корпус, оказавшийся соседним отелем «Атрия» на ул. Мира, 44а, где гостиница «Аэропорт» арендует часть номеров, которые на самом деле сдаются отелем «Атрия» за 4000 руб. Мы были в шоке от дикой антисанитарии (сняли видео). Номер маленький, туалет отгорожен от него и совсем малюсенький, душа как такового не было: прикреплен к крохотной раковине и обмываться можно только здесь же на пол. Хотя и душ принять не удалось, т.к. горячая вода отсутствовала, и как выяснилось, она вообще бывает редко. Зато здесь бегают пауки и громадные тараканы. Но, самое страшное – матрац был в больших кровавых пятнах и желтых подтеках с 2-х сторон, а на постельном белье волосы. Рядом только маленький продовольственный магазин, аптек нет. Никому не советуем останавливаться в этих ночлежках. О соответствии цены качеству говорить не приходится.
