GGuest UserI compared many hotels on Trip.com , and the evaluation of Banshan was very good and there was no bad review. After staying, I was very satisfied. The location of the hotel is excellent, the river view balcony room can see the mountain view and the river view, and the main street of the town. It is beautiful and has a feeling of China's small Switzerland. You can have tea on the balcony to enjoy the scenery, very comfortable. The room facilities are new and very clean. The room is small but very warm. Hotel service is warm and thoughtful. Very easy to use experience. Will stay next time and will recommend it to friends.

I was lucky to taste the birch sap that the boss's friend just brought from the mountains. It was my first time to drink it. It was refreshing and sweet, and it relieved the fatigue of the journey. Friends who like poetry and distant places are most suitable to come here in this season. The experience of off-peak travel is super good. By the way, the Arshan Scenic Area will be open for free for one day on May 19th, so hurry up and take the green train.

The room looks out onto a river and the night view is very beautifully lit. Parking in front of the door is very convenient. The service is so warm and thoughtful, and very friendly. In fact, he solved everything in four words ”sorry”, but he was kind. The guest has a sentence of his n, what is the service, there is no sense of service at all, and it is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I also feel that living here is not respected. 😟 It is not enough for the management to do a good job. It is estimated that the entire hotel should be managed with heart. There should be iron manager and manager Zhang.

Ssamlu007老闆家的房子都是阿爾山類似的一棟棟別墅弄得民宿，基本上這一片都這樣，房間面積不會特別大，大部分也不會有電梯，不過暑期旺季沒房的概率都很大，我們因為阿爾山聯繫下雨，原計劃預訂的兩天改成一天，跟老闆家説完馬上就沒有房了，還是挺明顯的，不過有機會還是秋天來阿爾山吧！

GGuest UserI have stayed in a very good hotel twice. When I checked in in mid-September, the hotel was not cold and there were electric mattresses.
Hygiene: It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is very quiet. It is on the edge of the town. The price is not expensive and the price-performance ratio is high. It is convenient to go anywhere in Aershan. Next to the hotel is a small house in the clock tower. I don't know what it is for, but it is quite good. Good looking.
Facilities: Complete facilities, washing machine, and rich breakfast.
Service: The front desk said that rooms with small windows can be upgraded to larger windows. Anyway, I just slept one night and there was no trouble in upgrading. The town of Aershan is really beautiful!
