Odyssee Park Hotel

Great location, but in urgent need of renovation While this hotel boasts a fantastic location, the property itself is severely outdated and in urgent need of a comprehensive modernization. The Good: The location is hard to beat and very convenient. The Bathroom: In very poor condition. The bathtub was stained and partially damaged, and the water drainage was terrible, leaving standing water after a shower. The Facilities: The elevators were painfully slow and frequently unreliable, making getting to and from rooms a frustrating experience. Breakfast: For the price and the hotel’s standard, the breakfast quality was extremely disappointing and not worth adding to your stay. Unfortunately, due to the poor maintenance and outdated facilities, I cannot recommend staying here until significant updates are made.

Looks good in the photos , but not as shown , still acceptable though. Good central location.

Good stay

At reception a guy was not with good manner and they never offered the compliment water for the room.

In my opinion—and considering Moroccan standards—it is a good hotel; the reception and lobby are very attractive, and there is plenty of space to rest and relax, including a garden and a lounge area. It features a small pool and offers a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect—close to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms could use some refreshing. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. A small white-and-ginger kitten lives in front of the hotel; he is very friendly—if anyone is staying at the hotel, please feed him. :)

Very dirty rooms , no body came to assist we i needed help . The responsible at reception was very rude , she was yelling at me because I was complaining that they gave me a connecting room and the room next to me has kids so it was very noisy . She said that i have nothing to do with you we can’t do anything. I asked for soap i had to come to reception myself to have it . The pillows were very dirty. I am writing this review after 2 hours of my check inn . I really don’t recommend this place it should be a half star hotel

Very disappointing experience with Odyssee Park Hotel. Our group stayed at the hotel in May 2025 and paid all booking costs in full. Since then, we have repeatedly requested an official invoice for our company. Despite sending at least six emails and trying to contact the hotel through Facebook and Instagram, we have never received a response. Providing an invoice after a stay is a basic administrative obligation, especially for business customers. The complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. The hotel was quick to take payment, but months later we are still waiting for the invoice and have been completely ignored. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects professional service and proper after-sales support. 1/5 stars.

Place needs updating..bathroom has mildew and needs a deep clean , fridge broken, outside light broken, patio doors let in rain and wind, plugs hanging out, heating not working, receptionist dishonest ..... Concierge and waiters sweet
