The atmosphere and the family enjoyed the beach and the facility of the hotel. It was excellent. I recommend this hotel for family gathering And the food was great it’s it is a family heaven

Staying just one night was more than enough; the hotel desperately needs maintenance and a renovation. The windows don't close properly, so you'll hear all the outside noise. The room is bland with no decoration, the pillows are too thick, and there are no power outlets on either side of the bed. The bathroom is quite dated. The pool closes very early. Breakfast isn't great; only one out of two toasters works, and the staff present couldn't care less. The orange juice is watered down – seriously, don't skimp on that when oranges are so cheap. There were no small spoons for the fruit salad, and the machine-dispensed hot chocolate was mediocre. My first time here, but definitely my last, thanks but no thanks.

Location is good, fast check in, friendly staff, the tv doesn’t work , no channels to view, sink blocked, when reported to reception nothing happened, no hot water in the shower, hair dryer next to sink so gets sprayed by sink tap making it potentially dangerous, reported all to reception and was told that my comments will be passed to higher management to rectify. The issues are basic and should have been addressed prior to letting the room.

Everything was in order, except for the sink faucet, which didn't allow for adequate water flow. It's recommended to replace the filter.

2nd guest denied ! Reason of him being a Moroccan national. Weird. Requested another room. Unconvinced with response that no other room available! Made to carry my bag to room. Not a single bottle of drinking water. No kettle. No tea coffee machine.

It was an average experience and I think the price was too expensive compared to the facility comfort. The room was the same from 20 years ago when I used to come as a kid with my parents. It was disappointing to find it with the same exact room furniture

The food was good, clean and varied. The room was spacious and clean. Lovely beds, and nice view, although this time we didn't have a balcony

For the price this hotel gave me everything I wanted. Great location, decent room, balcony with stunning view and free breakfast. It's a bit tired around the edges and the rooms may be variable though but if you get a good room it's a great deal.

Hotel is beautiful and local shops and area is nice, cheap and close to public transport, nice staff but the waiting time to check in was more than one hour and not just me but lots guests had to wait and countinue queing to beg for keys of the room even after completing all paper work because rooms were not ready for any of us. No kettle and towels in a room. They play music at swimming pool to entertain guest till midnight so was unable to sleep and rooms aren't sound proof. Staff knock on a door and in few seconds enter in a room without a permission. I would expect them to wait for me to open a door. No hot water either.
