I am writing this review because someone truly deserves to be appreciated for being an amazing professional and a true hotelier. His name is Mr. Subhajit from the Front Desk/Reception. I stayed at the hotel around 9th August, and even after one and a half months, I still remember the warmth and professionalism he showed during my stay. During check-in, he was simultaneously managing almost three guests, yet he made sure that each one of us felt comfortable, welcomed, and attended to. His calm approach, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail truly stood out. It is not often that a guest remembers a hotel employee after so much time and feels compelled to come back and write a review just to say thank you. Mr. Subhajit is one of those rare people who genuinely understands what hospitality is all about. Dear Ginger, you have got a gem in Mr. Subhajit.
