The breakfast buffet is excellent value for money. The weak point is the noise made on the stairs. It is reflected in the room, fortunately most people prefer the elevator. The welcome is also very friendly."

"Well positioned very much enjoyed this hotel. Good well equipped room. Excellent separate hairdryer. Separate toilet to shower room. Delighted with use of Nuxe products in room. Comfortable bed. Too tired to go out to eat, we were surprised and delighted to enjoy one of the best meals during our travels. Insisted on meeting innovative Chef Simon who apparently was new and no doubt will make a name for himself and the hotel restaurant. Highly recommend a meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately chef Simon is not involved with the breakfast which was one of the worst we'd experienced. He needs to teach breakfast chef how to make scrambled eggs and the staff how to replenish empty plates. But good coffee. Otherwise lovely hotel. "

"Super friendly welcome, nothing was too much bother. We stayed last night following a last minute decision to explore the area whilst on holiday an hour away. Friendly welcome, clean and tidy rooms, stunning view of the beach…. Attentive beyond belief even leading to the guy at reception (sorry didn’t get his name) running down to main road to guide me into the secure parking! And presenting me trying a Ricard with ice once in reception!! If there was any room for improvement might I suggest just a little more hot breakfast maybe bacon and sausage to add to the scrambled egg.. But honestly this place well worth a visit!!! Fabulous"

"I stumbled across this hotel when I was looking for a place to stay next to Marseillan where my son was taking yachting lessons with his school. I wasn’t expecting such a great service in France, as sometimes even at very fancy hotels here you don’t get it. However, pleasantly surprised by everything at this hotel: cleanliness, politeness of staff, location next yo the beach, even if we didn’t use it, the sea being cold in June. The breakfast had a great choice, we ate more than should have every time. Think of travelling around to Sète, Narbonne and Montpellier, as Cap d’Agde is a pure beach destination."

Some tips for improvement: - Dinner starts at 19:00 h which is (too) late; 18:00 h would be better. - Bar closes at 22:00 which is too early, especially for visitors without children. - It would be good to have some entertainment in the bar at night (music, dance, ...) - The mattress of the double bed is (too) hard"

"This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back."

"A mixed experience regarding the room; the sliding glass door doesn't lock from the inside, making it extremely dangerous with young children and a potential burglary hazard. The bedding needs improvement, and access to the apartments is unclear. The pool was supposed to be open until 6:30 pm, but unfortunately, the staff decided to clean it at 5:30 pm on a beautiful summer day... a shame. Special mention goes to a receptionist with glasses and a non-French accent for her kindness and professionalism, who had to put up with her superior's temper... thank you again, madam, but I won't be returning."
