Amazing villas with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owners are fantastic and always around if you need them. Our villa was beautiful with a huge pool which even had some inflatables available for us to use. We had air conditioning throughout the house, comfortable beds, cooking facilities although we didn’t use them, washing machine, and clean towels every few days. There’s also a restaurant on site which serves food most of the day. We were a family of 4 so lots of space and we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Zante!

We stayed in Villa Carolina for the weeks 7 to 21 June. The villa is massive and only being two of us there was loads of room. We liked the rustic style of decor and the seating in the living room was excellent and would easily accommodate four adults. The kitchen was well equipped with the best fridge/freezer we have had in any self catering accommodation both in Greece and Spain. Bedrooms have the air conditioning which worked well. We used the double bedroom and the bed was very large and comfortable. Pool area was great, but the sun lounges need some attention, tho we managed fine. The pool was serviced twice a day and was kept really clean. Bins were emptied daily, linen and towels every three days We used the onsite restaurant on the first night. Whilst it was pleasant it was nothing special, but we prefer to cook in or eat out during the day anyway. Shame there’s no seating on the balcony. All in all a great place to tour the island.

We had a marvellous holiday in Aresti Villas. A great house with our own big swimming pool and a more than great hostess Ghiotta who was doing her utter best to make us comfortable. She was helpful, cheerful and gave us lots of very good tips for daytrips. When there was a problem with the house she took care of it right away. The only tip would be an upgrade of the breakfast. Zakynthos is a beautiful island and we surely will return to Aresti villas and hope to meet Ghiotta there as our hostess again!

We stayed in Carolina. The location and views are amazing, however the accommodation is way below standard. So dated and in desperate need of updating. ALL the outside pool furniture is broken and fell apart in my hand, the dining chairs are all broken and not fit for purpose. The pool is constantly cloudy and although “cleaned” most days we never once saw him test the water or treat it. Inside, I hated the decor and furniture as it’s so old, I get some people may like the typical rustic Greek style, it’s not for me and I found it dark and oppressive, but again everything is broken you touch, no smoke alarm! It’s made of wood! Cleaners came in for 8 minutes once, so it got dusty very quickly. The lady is lovely and tries her best, However she does everything, including cooking, my husband got sick after eating in the restaurant. The owner sits inside the restaurant, while we were eating, smoking! Again I know their Greek!! But it’s Greek law to not smoke inside and unhygienic. It’s off the beaten track and you will need a car. Definitely not suitable for children as far too many hazards. But if it’s pretty views your after you’ll get that in abundance!

Fabulous 2 weeks at Aresti villas in August. Thank you Giota, Athena and Kostas you work so hard. So lovely and friendly so hospitable can not do enough for you. Beautiful Rustic traditional Greek Villas. Spotlessly clean. Lovely Taverna on site. Lovely food basic but nice and fabulous Greek night and entertainment for only 18 euro food Drink lovely music and entertainment. Villa cleaned every 3 days but came in every day to empty bins and to see if anything we needed Pool cleaned every day. 10 mins from Alykanas , Alykes Tsilivi. Car hire provided with TUI. Booked to go back next year. A few pics from Villa Carolina loved it. See you next year

We stayed in the Carolina Villa at the end of June. There were two adult couples and the facilities far exceeded our expectations. Both bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had lovely ensuite bathrooms. The view from the balconies was stunning, overlooking olive groves, the mountains and in the distance - Turtle Island. From our arrival, Giota and her staff could not do enough for us. Nothing was a problem! The cleaning staff were lovely and so friendly - always happy to have a chat but were still very professional and unobtrusive. The pool was maintained well and there were no restrictions on use - if the pool man happened to arrive while we were using it, we just popped out for a drink in the shade and then carried on when he was finished. The cooking facilities were more than adequate for our use and if you dont feel like cooking, the food from the on-site restaurant was superb. If you prefer to go a little further afield, there are some fabulous choices in Alykanas and Alkeys easily reachable by car or taxi. We highly recommend Bonkers Bar for a full english breakfast at around €6.50 or Elia who do the most fabulous feta in honey and lamb dishes. The Greek night held on Wednesday nights is great fun. Traditional greek food, locally produced wine (its VERY good!!), music and dancing ....wear shoes you can dance in, elasticated waists and be prepared for a fantastic night! In all of the Greek Islands there are a huge number of stray and feral cats. We saw a few on the villa complex who would come close and accept any spare food that might be going but we were lucky enough to make friends with a gorgeous little ginger lad that appeared to live around our villa. He was more than happy to accept some water and any leftover meat we had. He was a regular visitor and I was really sad to leave him. If you happen to see him...he loves a chin scratch! This was our first visit to the Greek Islands and we loved it so much that we have booked up to come back to the same villa next year. I would highly recommend Aresti Villas to anyone.

This is the second time visiting these villas first time was not great see the review on here. I am pleased to say this time was better but a couple of issues. We stopped in villa Carolina and we didn't have any issues with the villa at all pool was in the sun all day as well. nice setting.very central so getting about is easy a car is a must have. The cleaning ladies are lovely and very friendly. the issues we had was 1, some days the pool man didn't come round to clean it till about 11.30 ish so you had some mornings where your unable to use the pool 2,we where told we would have to pay a tourist tax when we left she said it was €4 euro a night. So she is rating it a 5 star hotel when we checked out she charged us €3 a night ( only paid €1 a night last year ) and I asked to pay this on a card she said no it has to be cash ???? But looking on the internet it should off been a lot less than the €3 a night it should of been payed on arrival and she should of let me pay on a card. So I think the money is going in there pockets which is a shame because I don't mind paying a tourist tax if it goes to the right people and not lines the pockets of others 3. The cooking equipment in the villa are rubbish especially the frying pans I think they lost there none stick about 10 years ago

Stayed for 2 weeks in September with my husband in the Carolina villa. Traditional Greek style , very spacious and clean. Pool was cleaned daily and villa was serviced every 3 days by lovely local ladies. The villa is very private (booked through Tui) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You have to accept the Greek plumbing and standard is different to that in the UK but we love the hospitality and friendliness of the Greek people. The restaurant on site was good, however you wouldn’t eat there every night as menu is limited. Also the restaurant was a little short staffed when we visited , but that may be because it was late September so we preferred to eat out . The setting on the villas is lovely, really nicely laid out and well maintained and a little off the beaten track but a car is provided when booking through Tui which is definitely needed.

We have just got back from a lovely week at Aresti Villas. The 'complex' itself is stunning with olive trees & lime trees scattered about. A lovely restaurant, great Greek night on a Wednesday, little playground, charming restaurant, attentive staff & everything you could need in the villa. We stayed in Carolina & had aircon in both bedrooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, oven, microwave etc so fully equipped. Wifi throughout which worked well. My daughter liked to visit the chickens & visit the dogs too. In a great location, 5 mins drive from Alykes/Alykanas & about 10-15 mins from Zante Town. Supermarket just down the road & mini market & coffee shop also situated in Agios Dimitrius village. Only downside was the mozzies. We are covered in bites. Pool was always clean & lovely to have our own. It was deep though so we had to watch our 2 year old like a hawk. Really hoping to visit again next year.
