Wow! It was wonderful. The place is better than it'd presented on photos. Views are incredible - i mean it - pool is great - whole place is marvelous including lovely Evangelia. 100% satisfaction guaranteed :) - it's hard to write how beautiful it is - you must see it. Pozdrawiam

A perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The villa is beautifully located in the hills with stunning sea views. The new pool completes the dreamlike ambience. Special mention must be made of the cordial service provided by Evangelia and her husband. We spent 2 weeks in this paradisiacal place and really enjoyed every hour.

We were guests at Villa Kadiani for 11 days. This villa is probably one of the most exceptional in Triopetra. The villa is cleaned every 6 days. The pool is in top condition and is cleaned regularly. We were there with our children, and the facilities for families with small children are excellent (stair gates, playground, child safety bed guards). The location is exceptional with a breathtaking view of the sea. The beach and good taverns are only a few minutes away. What rounded it all were the two hosts, Evangelia and Lefteris. Who were exceptionally hospitable and helpful. We were provided with fruits, cookies for the children and fresh eggs, olive oil and homemade raki from their own farm. We will miss the house and this special treatment very much. Many thanks to Evaggelia and Lefteris! Σας ευχαριστούμε!

We come to triopetra often and this was a new discovery for us. Wonderful house and view for a family. Very efficient response from Evaggelia and team and a lovely welcome with drinks and some food in the fridge even though we arrived in the middle of the night. We will be back!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The owners invade your privacy, they think it’s ok to turn up unannounced!!! This went on for 4 days until we got the hell out of there! Basically, we called them on day 1 to say the downstairs toilet didn’t flush, they just turned up that evening & left after 11pm!! We were in nightclothes & watching a film. This went on for days, we were sunbathing and they just came round the back! We left the apartment for health & hygiene reasons as the grass around the pool & the villa stank of men’s urinals & the basement where baby equipment is stored was in an inch of water from the bad plumbing. We were offered a refund, we booked another villa, this has cost us a lot of money, the owners then went back on their word and said no refund! Dishonourable!

Excellent apartments, excellent location, close to Triopetra, Agios Pavlos and Akoumia. Sensible distance to travel to Spili (half an hour). Nice view, great hospitality, very polite and warm owners! Highly recommended.

We went 5 friends and it was a great experience!The owners were very friendly.The villa was full of their products(wine,raki,oil and eggs) and the fridge was full of fruits.The welcome was very friendly and they made us feel like we were home.The villa and the pool area are very clean,we loved the inside and the outside of the villa.Also the view was stunning!You can see the mountain and the sea at the same time!I will suggest it 100% P.S Evaggelia & Lefteris see you soon,thanks for everything!!

that kind of vacation you never want it to end. Our stay was very nice, the Villa has everything as per the description (reality even better). Family/baby friendly and close to the nice beach of Triopetra. Very quiet, great view and very comfortable. the host and the Villa Manager are very friendly... not enough words to thank them. Highly recommend.
