Everything perfect, except the beach same days when the red flag was on and swimming was forbidden because of the rip currents.

I had a very great massage from Anastasia. She did a very good job. It was very relaxing and a pleasure. The spa area is very modern beautiful. There is also an indoor pool where you can relax and swim. The staff is very friendly and kind. It was a great experience.

I had a wonderful massage experience with Lito today. It was a very relaxing time at the Aegeo Spa of the Anissa Beach resort. Also huge shout-out to Maria who did all the bookings and recommendations. She really made the whole experience very welcoming and perfect.

We visiting the Aegeo spa for a Cretian massage and it was amazing. I was taken care or by Leo and was warmly welcomed with my husband. We both felt very well taken care of. I can recommend Leo as a massage therapist. He provided an amazing service especially for me who is not a frequent massage person and who was nervous regarding the pressure. Could highly recommend all who are visiting the Anissa Beach Resort.

A wonderful hotel with very attentive staff, delicious and varied meals for everyone. The hotel is situated direct at the beach and near some supermarkets. The gardens are well manicured and the plants are well taken care of. The palms compliments the whole environment and gives the whole area a tropical vibe. Transfer from the airport to the hotel was punctual with a friendly driver. The reception area is big enough for a cosy evening or just to sit and relax when the weather is not so nice outside. We spent 7 wonderful days in this hotel, although it rained on the last 2 days and was super cold outside. The hotel has a spa. The entire Aegeo Spa Team was friendly and accomodating. My masseuse was Tzolli Tsezi who did a good job. Maria from the Spa Team, took hee time to explain and help choose the right massage for us. The animation team was always interrracting with guests and there was no boring day at all. The entire service team were all ready to serve despite of a full dining area. We felt welcome and embraced even after our flights got cancelled. Some few things can be improved, for example: 1. The noise on the corridors when people talk or walk can be heard in the rooms. I could hear someone snoring from another room. 2. The pool beds are not as beautiful as those on the neighbouring hotels 3. There was little entertainment during the day

Spa experience and Massage from Anastasia was amazing! Can only recommend. Nice Beach, good Choice of Restaurants Nice food Very clean rooms - but they Need Renovation. Highlight remains Massage from Anastasia Thank you spa Team for the incredible Cretan Massage
