Courtyard by Marriott Agra

The hotel feels outdated and could really use some renovation. The facilities and rooms look old and need better maintenance.

top tier service and the room was great!! might book here again if we go back to agra. the people are so nice and helpful and the room itself was exceptional thank you so muc

Exceptional service - really extraordinary! The hotel is good, but some rooms are a bit older which shows. However everything that lacks is weight up by the staff and the service they provide

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff, with a quick and smooth check-in. The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

We ha ve been in other 5 stars hotel in India and only this one was a real 5 stars hotel! Structure clean and well kept (not old). Swimming pool very nice. Service nice. The room was big and with good bed and pillows. The bathroom also big.

Dinner served by the hotel was very delicious.

Great stay and definitely a good hotel if you’re visiting Agra and Taj. One feedback at check-in, I was asked TWICE by the front desk if I prefer to have a twin bed because I booked a king bed for 2 male adults. I told them I’m with my “partner”. They don’t seem to get that he’s my **************** and ASKED AGAIN. Not sure if there’s cultural nuance or outright discrimination — but given that this is a Marriott property with strong global LGBTQ+ inclusion agenda, I’m surprised why I had to be asked differently despite the bed preference stated in my confirmed booking.
