Hotel Praia was a great experience , the bungalow we stayed in was clean and well presented. We stayed there for 3 days but then needed to express it and I
That was not a problem it was done quickly a with no bother I also really liked that I could get my washing done too which was not expensive and came back clean and folded .
The staff where great in the morning when going for breakfast they would ask if we wanted eggs omelette and how we liked it the buffet was fresh and there was plenty of choice from fresh fruit to amazing pastries!!!! .
The food for dinner or lunch was great and tasty drinks were good too .
You could order at the pool side and they would bring everything to you .
We got to meet the owner and he was very welcoming g and spent time with us having a drink .
We mentioned a few things that we thought he could add to the service and he took that all in and was thankful for our opinion
Would I go back to Hotel Praia YES !!!!! I would recommend this to anyone going to São Tomé and Príncipe you will
Not be disappointed .

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Praia! The room was beautifully decorated with stunning nature and garden view, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We enjoyed delicious meals, especially the romantic candlelit dinner on the terrace. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, and the overall service was top-notch. We highly recommend Hotel Praia for a memorable and romantic escape. We can't wait to come back!

Pros: Room is very spacious and clean. Common areas also nice and generally I enjoyed a quiet atmosphere. Staff is nice, food is good.
Cons: They did not honor the complementary airport transfer that is announced on line, they arranged a private taxi that charged me 20 US Dollars (for a 4 minute ride).
The quality of bed linens and towels is not great, they should improve them.
The one day I used the pool, which is big and pretty, the water was not clean.

This place is way over priced for no wifi and linens that seemed like they were done in the River and dried on the rocks as most São Toméans must do
Not for over $150
I’ve had better everything for $15 a night in west and central Africa
And no matter how much you ask for help they just smile. D DO NOTHING

Hotel razoavelmente confortável, com quarto grande, bom café da manhã e localização conveniente (um pouco longe da cidade, mas em frente à praia). Possuem shuttle grátis também do/para o aeroporto, o que é excelente. Me deixaram fazer late checkout a um custo de 30 euros, o que foi ótimo. Problemas: a internet é sofrível (o único lugar com conexão era a recepção, então eu tinha que ficar fora do quarto o tempo todo para me conectar) e o quarto não tinha água quente, então tomei banho na água fria durante toda a minha hospedagem

Hotel muito acolhedor, pessoal muito simpático sempre com um sorriso, quarto espaçoso, serviço de limpeza excelente ,espaço exterior muito bem conservado ,convidativo para fazer caminhadas, pequeno almoço bom ,bar e esplanada com um espaço razoável e com musica muito agradável , comida muito boa, piscina grande e com bastante espaço para se usufruir da mesma à vontade.

Un hôtel qui a des atouts : beau jardin, grande piscine, possibilité de régler avec la carte bancaire, proximité aéroport avec transfert gratuit. C’est ce que j’aurais mis en avant malgré quelques déceptions et désagréments : - quelques installations vieillissantes ou manquant d’entretien, - fonctionnement wifi et machine pour paiement carte très capricieux souvent inopérant; ce n’est pas très grave et peut-être non imputable à la gestion de l’hôtel . En revanche je viens de me voir refuser là navette pour l’aéroport sous prétexte que la route directe est coupée et que le trajet s’en trouve rallongé. Ça c’est de la responsabilité du manager qui n’assure pas une prestation contractuelle et ne respecte pas les conditions de réservation. Pour cette raison je dégrade ma note. ( je précise qu’étant aujourd’hui à l’aéroport j’y ai vu les navettes des autres hôtels : Santana, Pestana, Omaldi…, là réside la différence entre un hébergement de qualité et les autres).
