衞生挺好的，但設施一般，需要完善。服務人員非常棒，解決問題，我跟滿意，這是一個非常好的地方。

The service is excellent, they helped us more than they should since a family member got sick and they called the doctor, I also needed a nail clipper and they very kindly lent it to me. Besides that, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Basic breakfast, but enough since you are about to climb Machu Picchu. Highly recommended!

I don't know if I was lucky, but my room was on the river and my "background noise" was the waterfall: quite relaxing! Also because the structure is a little out of the center (how can you be outside in a town that can be explored in 7 minutes...) It's not that I spent who knows how much time in the structure, but I must say that I liked it a lot , with all his mystically themed paintings, in fact. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but still good, served in a room on the second floor overlooking the forest to the right of the structure. However, there were some flaws. I arrive and the socket near the bed doesn't work (promptly resolved, but it was better not to have had to witness the repair, or not?). In the bathroom there were two bars of soap, and that's it... now, using a single-dose shampoo won't make you a failure and will "make a scene"! Better than having to scrub your scalp with a bar of soap! For the rest, I had a very good time and if I were to return to Aguas Calientes, I would go back immediately.

Experiência confusa. O quarto era frio e o chuveiro não era muito bom, mas nosso maior problema foi no check out. A recepcionista não nos deu orientações sobre o check out (e precisávamos sair para Machu Picchu às 05 AM). Quando fomos sair do hotel não tinha ninguém na recepção e a porta de saída estava trancada. Super preocupados, começamos a procurar a chave em todos os cantos. Até que encontrei a chave do lado de fora da sacada embolada em papel. Quase perdemos nosso ingresso porque iríamos ficar presos.
