I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the bed. I did not like; Lots of noise all night, music and noise in the parking lot until the wee hours of the morning. When I arrived at the hotel, there was NO parking space for my car, because the parking lot is public and I had to wait until there was a space.

The attention when I requested help was first class and the restaurant food was acceptable and very clean and the staff always wore face masks.

It was a fairly average stay, the staff is excellent, I have never been treated so well in a hotel, the room was ready early, the problem started when I realized that the wifi is terrible, I had to be next to the window for it to reach me, the bed was very hard, as were the pillows, it was impossible for me to rest with that hard and uncomfortable bed, I could only sleep 4 hours there and I went to the armchair that was much more comfortable, it was already late in the early morning, so I decided not to bother the staff, it is a good hotel in general but you go to a hotel to sleep and with such uncomfortable beds it is almost impossible, despite that I had a pleasant stay, the best thing about the hotel is the staff.

I was there for 3 days in which only one day I had hot water, one day only lukewarm, on those three days I called reception why there was no water in the shower. They attended to me and resolved only that it took almost an hour. Another detail is that the hotel is advertised with breakfast included and they no longer have the service.
