Disgusting. Pre booked, pre paid room refused at the time of checkin and tried to accomodate in the nearby property which has very small rooms and of much lesser cost. Reason provided was that some existing guest has taken 1 extra room and they dont have more rooms. Went with a family of 4 including small kids. Manager - Ashif Shaikh refused to provide room at the checkin at 9 pm and was very rude. Told us to leave the hotel if they dont want other property. Finally had to call the police, then out of fear, they provided the room. Have never seen such a case in any hospitality industry anywhere.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great experience overall. The suite room is excellent with good decor and space. The hotel is great for the price and location is good as well. Food tastes nice and the staff is well behaved.
