Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad Reviews

The hotel is very old and creaky. The service is mediocre. 1. You can hear footsteps from neighbours upstairs, the conversations that your immediate neighbours are having in their room as well as whatever is going on outside your room. 2. The curtains are yellowed and old, making it look dirty (I did not dare to touch it to prove how dirty it is exactly). 3. Both my colleague and I were given bottled water in our respective rooms that have been opened before. Luckily, we were mindful and threw those bottles away. 4. I initially thought that the bedsheets were clean but towards the last few days of my stay, I’ve been experiencing itchy goosebumps all over my limps and even on my back. Even after returning from my trip, I’m still itching all over as seen in the picture below for the past 4 days. The hotel is in need of a serious renovation. We have decided to put this hotel on our company’s blacklist till then.

Overall a very pleasant stay, cannot fault any aspect of our stay or any of the facilities. Kajal and Ravi at the reception desk were super. Jyoti and Vishal in the Eatery Restaurant were top notch ***** with the Chefs, who actually took time to come to our table to ask if we had any special requests and to check if we're happy with what they prepared for us. Just so I don't do injustice to the rest of the staff, they too were great and very guest focused.

Great hotel with good selection of breakfast options and staff who go out of their way to help your stay feel comfortable

Do not expect much but leave with full happiness. staff super friendly and helpful. Room facilities is 5 stars standard. Breakfast has variety but mostly are vegetarions but they have eggs. Would definitely suggest friends who will come to Ahmedabad to stay here.

Hotel needs a lot of maintenance in room. Breakfast is average. Booked it in impression of Sheraton brand, but not up to the mark. This property is not a five star.

Amazing room with exceptional service. Only draw back is old tv in which you can't stream anything and even the volume of my phone is more than tv. Room is spacious but old.

Consider adding more amenities or services to compensate for the distance from the city center.

The checkin experience was very poor. The room was damp. Breakfast average

The stay was very comfortable, staff is very cooperative, the AC was not working , immediately the same was addressed for my room 504. Location is awesome

The hotel though a little old but is well up keep and very comfortable. At USD68 per night for weekend with breakfast, no one can complain about this hotel. Will surely stay again if I get around the same price next time.
