Good hotel. The most important thing is Clean! Nice view from the window. The room has all the accessories for taking a shower, the bed is comfortable. Responsive and attentive staff who try to help with any questions.. an excellent restaurant with a wide selection of food. The dishes are delicious. There is a swimming pool with a relaxation area. The location was convenient for us; it was a business trip. There are no problems with taxis. I recommend this hotel for stay.

In the evening, I lined up next to the morning and after 3 o'clock in the morning, I called the front desk and complained twice. I didn't see the result. When I checked out the next day, they habitually asked if they lived well. I said it was not good. Noisy, and no one is dealing with it. Others are OK. At the end of the day, there are about 100 RMB of self-selected meals. Even if there is no difference between breakfast and breakfast, I don’t understand what it means. The restaurant on the top floor is basically not what our Chinese like to eat. There is no need to go. The place where Indians are forced to press. Room facilities are very good.

In this city, there are just a few hotels that have gotten up. The two Hyatts are not too old or there are no nearby ones. Lishao is quite good, but there is no supermarket nearby, or the old Hyatt location is good, there is a shopping mall nearby. Bathroom facilities are good, breakfast is safe, location is convenient, next time you still have to live here.

Location is quite ok. A big mall beside the hotel. However, the amenities in the rooms are all very old. Breakfast spread is quite limited & don't look appetizing. Room cleaning service quite haphazard; cleared the used body wash and hair conditioner but did not replaced with new ones; threw away my opened package of salt left in the desk.

Absolutely great food and service. Payal and A**** made our family gathering memorable. We were 16 people. Families from Canada and Kuwait. All loved the food and services. Keep it up. We will definitely come back again. Kudos to the whole Sheraton team.

The service from the front desk staff was good. I was waiting with a smile, so it was easy to ask questions. The pool was nice too. It seems that there are times when the staff is not there, so I think you should check it. The restaurant was good, but it might be better to ask how much Japanese food is. It took a long time because they provided creative dishes, and it took more money than I thought. Although it was delicious.

It was superb experience at hotel.cleanliness are 5 star and front staff are very good at their services..check in in less then 5 minutes and check out is less then a minute.a super experience for stay.food was too good from hotel.

Hotel is well located with good parking space. Reception, Dining, House keeping staff are good and very helpful. Navo Kumar and Dining Chef were very helpful. Had minor stomach issues and Chef got food ready to suit upset stomach. Wide spread Breakfast is available and my family really relished. Would strongly recommend the hotel for family/business stay.

Recently we hosted our son's rice ceremony at Bloom Suites Ahmd. It was indeed a great experience with respect to food, service and hospitality. Being a bengali we were looking for non- veg buffet options and thankfully we selected Bloom Suites. Both veg and non-veg food was great in taste. Our all guests were happy and loved the food.
