Receptionist ekdam kharab hai, koi baat nahi sunta or co-operate bhi nahi karta, property bhi kharab hai, room se kharab badbu aati hai, please koi bhi ye hotel me na ruke. Hamne ruk k galti ki hai.

My stay is not good 1. I booked deluxe ac and hotel person gave me normal room without ac 2. Then i show him my booking then he denied for giving ac room. Then i insist him then he offer normal ac room which is totally different
3. No hot water for bath inside room i bring my bucket outside and bring hot water by carrying it my own
4. No normal water to drink 5. No response from hotel person in morning he was sleeping 6. Only offer me normal very old towel 7. No hanger in bathroom to hang your clothes i did not like it

Hotel clean ness is very poor. Even there is no hit water in bathroom for bath. Very poor service
