Martín Flores 1/5 justo ahora en Google Tened mucho cuidado al reservar!!! Estoy en la puerta de este hotel. He salido de Madrid a las 6:30 horas y estoy aquí por trabajo. Yo he pagado la habitación por adelantado a través de booking. Cuando he llegado al hotel me dicen que me tienen que bloquear 100 euros más "por cualquier incidencia". Les digo que no puedo garantizar con 100 euros los utensilios que hayan en la habitación sin tan siquiera haber accedido a ella Que ocurre si hay algo que esté en mal estado y se acaba de romper durante mi estancia? La chica que me ha atendido me dice que ella no es la dueña y me manda un pantallazo en el que dice que me desbloquean los 100 euros hasta 7 días después de que me haya ido del hotel. Y si alguien usa la habitación en esos 7 días y rompe algo? Como demuestro que no he sido yo? Pido a la chica que me devuelvan el dinero y que me anulen la reserva y me dice que ella no es la dueña. Supongo que si no es la dueña, sí que tendrá su teléfono. Su respuesta es que tienen muy buenas reseñas y que eso es porque hacen las cosas muy bien. Mi opinión es que las buenas reseñas, además de conseguirlas, hay que conservarlas. Aquí estoy, en Xátiva, buscando alojamiento, habiendo pagado mi habitación por adelantado a estos Señores.

La habitación está bien, totalmente reformado muy limpio y todo nuevo , bien decorda aunque pequeña. No es un hotel, no hay recepción. Es una pensión reformada sin vistas que da a la estación de tren o a una calle colindante. Se puede ir andando a todos los sitios del casco antiguo, supermercados y hay cafeterías y restaurantes muy cercanos. No necesitas mover el coche incluso si quieres salir a tomar algo por la noche. El fin de semana se sube un poco de precio para lo que es pero en general bien.
