Like other B&B hotels we have stayed at, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate though fairly small. Very clean and modern. Perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast was satisfactory though lacked cold meats (ham,etc). Unfortunately no restaurant nearby but you can get a pizza or pre-cooked meal (eg. Chili con carne) at the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay ay B&B Niort.

Hôtel à fuir ! Chambre toute petite , vétuste, sale et mal isolée. Impossible d’ouvrir une valise dans la chambre au vu de la taille de celle-ci. L’hôtel n’est pas accueillant ! C’est vraiment dommage pour une chaîne comme celle-là ! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement!

Chambre un peu petite pour un couple, chauffage non réglable température de la chambre trop élevée. Bruyant carnpriche d'un parking fréquenté. La cerise sur le gâteau le croissant brûle qui declanche l'alarme incendie des le matin au réveil

Chambre vétuste, bruyante , trop chaude , mal isolée . Défaut de étanche ou dans la baignoire . On vous facture le petite déjeuner même si vous ne prenez pas en vous menaçant de vous facturer plus cher la chambre . Je ne pensais pas que tout ça était possible ! Si, ibis niort l a fait

Cet hôtel est en rénovation, les étages sont terminés, il est totalement refait. L'accueil y est excellent, le repas du soir proposé en bocaux est excellent et bien servi. Le petit déjeuner est également bien fourni. Je dois signaler l'amabilité des responsables , cet hôtel est à recommander

L'accueil souriant et chaleureux du responsable est engageant. Les locaux collectifs sont agréables, la chambre propre, la literie confortable, la salle de bain suffisante, avec un distributeur de savon au niveau du lavabo et un autre dans la douche. Nous apprécions les aménagements et conseils afin d'éviter les gaspillages. Nous avons apprécié aussi le parking, la voiture était garée pratiquement en face de la chambre ! Nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit de la nuit. Nous avions choisi de dîner à l'hôtel. J'ai pris un tajine oriental et un riz au lait, les deux étaient délicieux. Mon mari avait pris une pizza et une crème au chocolat, il s'est régalé aussi. Le petit-déjeuner aussi nous a ravis. Rien ne manque, le pain tout frais est un plaisir. Nous reviendrons certainement et encouragerons nos amis à y venir, pour une étape ou quelques jours à Niort.

Super hôtel, propre, petit déjeuner de qualité, parking assez grand et surtout l'équipe est disponible et a l'écoute. Juste un problème de chaleur un peut trop élevée. On a passer une très bonne semaine en groupe.
