La Terrasse Fleurie Divonne Les Bains ★★
"I arrived at the hotel promptly at 4 PM yesterday, and my confirmation clearly stated check-in was at 4 PM. However, the receptionist kicked me out, saying I could only check in at 5 PM. I contacted Trip.com, but they couldn't resolve the issue. I had to call the police before the receptionist agreed to help, but they were extremely rude, arguing with both me and their boss. I felt very unsafe and ultimately left without checking in. Trip.com hasn't provided any resolution yet, so I had to book another hotel last night. I ended up paying extra and am extremely angry! I strongly advise everyone to be cautious when choosing this hotel!"
Campanile Bourg EN Bresse - Viriat ★★★
"Thank you very much."

"Perfect holydays not far from airport good services"
Cabanes et Lodges du Belvedere
"Lower your expectations. The cabins are very unique and look interesting. Once inside the disappointment begins. Horrible bed (foldout couch) and bedding. Cheap poly sheets and duvet makes you feel like you’re sleeping in a trash bag. There is a small kitchen but nothing is provided. How hard is it to have shelf stable milk and a packet of coffee? Don’t arrive after dark. The property has no lighting and it’s very hard to find the correct cabin. Each cabin has signage, but impossible to see in the dark. If they had simple outdoor lights and invested in nice bedding it would be a huge improvement. Great views."
Logis Hotel l'Embarcadère
"Triggered by the direct location on the lake, our expectations were high. The location and the building met those expectations, but the service, in particular, left much to be desired. Not once did we feel appreciated as guests. Actions seemed merely perfunctory and unprofessional. A shame, a missed opportunity."
La Villa du Rhône
"Exceptional Site Very sympathetic Patron In the calm of the Lyonnish agitation I recommend this site Thank you for your welcome and gentleness"
Maison Addama
"The hotel is a nice hotel, the hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. All is done to make your stay easy and interesting, since all information and ideas on exit are available."
Domaine du Gouverneur, Hôtel, Restaurant & Golf
"Good hotel and good room. Very good service at the reception. Great location surrounded by beautiful golf courses But the restaurant was not good at all, in term of quality and choices."
Ibis Saint-Genis-Pouilly Genève
"A bit close to the highway, noisy"
Hôtel Best of Both - Divonne-Les-Bains
"I have never felt so unsafe and disrespected at a hotel in my life. During my stay, I was robbed inside my room — something that should never happen in a place that claims to offer hospitality and security. The hotel’s security measures were practically nonexistent, and there were no proper cameras or safeguards in place. The manager did not even want to check the cameras because apparently he wont find anything since the cameras are around the lobby only. He kept delaying checking the key entry access history of my room and didn’t check it at the end. My bags were open, ripped open and had money stolen. What made it even worse was the manager’s shocking attitude. Instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, they were dismissive, rude, and made no effort to help resolve the situation. The cherry on top was the manager’s claim that theres no proof anything was stolen and apparently he shouldn’t take any responsibility for what happened. Wow. A hotel is supposed to be a safe haven for its guests, but this place is the opposite. Between the theft, the lack of security, and the appalling management, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this property. There are plenty of other hotels where your safety and dignity will actually matter. To add to all that, the service is bellow 1 star and the staff is miss treated and clearly shows when they service other clients."
Hôtel Au Coq Dort Spa
"Hi I v booked two night sleep there and took an insurance in case i v to cancel my booking because i work in the cultural industry where our planning changed from one week to another oftenly. So i paid for an insurance, right now we are in June i m still struggling to get my money back. The hotel doesn't care they told me check with our insurance compagnie its not our responsibility. But they took the money. And now insurance compagnie are making trouble gritchen affinity, telling me that my work excuse is not covered by their plan. Ahahah what a joke if i took an insurance was for that reason that possibly my working schedule could change in last minutes. So conclusion i ll never recommend that hotel any more to all my network, in here also cause as you can see, when you book a room with an insurance they don t give care about you, if you contacted them before the day you are suppose to go there and ask for a refund. And if the hotel choose also to work with such an awful insurance Cie that tell you mister you have to read the little lines of your contract aha what a joke if i pay an insurance was to be cover for possible last minutes changes or-else whats the point to take an insurance and please don t promote for last minutes change would be cover under certain conditions or at least be more clear. Robber :((("

Château de Maillat
"After hours of motorway or along a leisure trip you will find peace and absolute beauty in this stylishly renovated Manoir. Past style, with shiny solid wood floor, walls in warm shades and antique forniture, have been carefully chosen and displayed to give a contemporary airy space feel. Bathrooms conjugate modern and old features with dramatic colour combinations. Outside are the mountains and it's total peace. There is also a Spa area if you want to teat yourself with a couple of days of nature relaxation with top WiFi connection. All organic. Great breakfast. You will be welcomed as a special guest by a very polite and cosmopolite owner. For sure our place in the area from now on. "
Best Western Hotel de France
"I loved my stay there. Such a beautiful old style building hotel. It really has a charm and located in such a great location in the heart of the city. There is basically like a park in front of the hotel where you hang out and lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself also has a charming restaurant, I haven't tried though. But atmosphere and menue look really nice. I came for work, but I'd totally recommend this hotel for people visiting Bourg en Bresse. It just suits the charm of the city. Unfortunately I did not try the breakfast but I believe it must be totally reasonable. I would come back tot this hotel if come to this city again. A beautiful city BTW."
PANORAMA 360 Bourg en Bresse
"Excellent hotel, very clean and modern, very helpful and friendly staff… a real gem in the heart of Bourg en Bresse, definitely stay there again."
Best Western Park Hotel Geneve-Thoiry
"The front desk was lazy and the bed was very small. I booked a large bed and was only given a room with two single beds pushed together. After I had already paid for the room on Ctrip, I was asked to pay again when I arrived at the hotel. I said I had already paid, but the front desk said I had to pay again. After I emphasized three times that I had paid the fee and would not continue to pay, I reluctantly deducted the money from the credit card Ctrip had reserved for the hotel. The reason given to me was that he didn't have time to operate it. simply outrageous"
Ibis Budget Bourg en Bresse
"Very suitable for a break during a long journey. The room is clean, air-conditioned, and quiet. Restaurants are nearby. Reception is open 24/7. Breakfast even includes cold cuts and cheese. The parking lot is locked at night. Very friendly, helpful staff."
