Airlie Beach Apartments

No one answered the phone, the concierge was not there, only came for 10 minutes over an hour after check-in. The WiFi never worked. The place itself is pretty good but the service was extremely poor.

The location can not be beat - no walking up hills, very easy walk to everywhere in Airlie Beach. The little Queen Studio we stayed in was very clean and bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning is fantastic, as is water pressure in shower and the facilities within the kitchen are great. There is a good size deck out the front with table and two chairs. It was nice to sit on, however the view was not appealing and the noise from the busy road was terrible. Disliked · We stayed in Apartment 12 (and 14 was right next door) -and they both look straight out to the main road of Airlie Beach and it was SO NOISY - I would not stay here again - it honestly is so noisy! You can here every single person walking past and every single truck, car and motorbike. And the bed was strangely positioned right next to the door even though it could have been moved to the other side of the studio, potentially softening the noise? Airlie Beach is a bit of a party town so every single night we heard so clearly people walking back to their accommodation right up until 3am. Then the trucks start at 5am!!

Great accommodation that doesn't break the budget and is in the heart of all the restaurants and shops

Decent place for backpackers and people on a short stay, look somewhere else for a longer stay. Reception is basically non-existent, you have to call them 5 different times on multiple different numbers to get through to someone, even at 2pm on a weekday which is usually a time that a hotel reception is serviced. Bumped into another couple an hour after we managed to get a hold of someone who were having the same issue and had been hung up on and left on hold for over 30 minutes. Very frustrating in the hot weather and after a long flight. There was multiple things wrong with our room so we were moved about 3 times during our stay. Patricia was very helpful though and got us to a nice room at seaview apartments down the road.

Absolutely awesome. Room clean and tidy. Only 2 minute walk to main street. Loved it!

Good spot but poor service. Ask for extra towel since its a beach area of course we will always out for the beach and lagoons. 4 days stay they ask us to use one towel.

Walking distance across from harbour food shopping ,places to to eat . Lovely helpful staff .

Look it’s nothing amazing but it does the job, my bed was abit bad but for the price and location it did the job
