Great location, clean room, no on-site parking or pool, but there is a parking lot behind the hotel that can be paid for independently.

We needed to stop for a night in Airlie Beach for sailing the next morning, so chose the hotel for it's closeness to the marina. We didn't expect much, but were still a little disappointed to find the room was even tinier than it appeared in pictures; and that the windows were single-glazed and thus failed to stop any of the early-morning noises from the parking lot and rubbish containers being collected right underneath. Clearly, the hotel has not listened to feedback from previous customers about the noise. With room rates practically same as at nearby 4 star hotels, this place turned out to be poor value.

Unfortunately, the windows are very poorly insulated, so despite the sea-facing side, you can hear the morning noise from the parking lot. There's a restaurant below the room that receives deliveries by truck every morning. It wasn't possible to sleep past 7 a.m. To top it all off, there was a fire alarm very early in the morning, which, as you said, was "unfortunately" triggered by a guest taking a shower. The beds are indeed small, but the uncomfortable mattresses are even worse. The Wi-Fi is unfortunately not good. On the plus side, the location is right in the heart of things.

Before boarding the plane, I called the hotel to arrange for a pick-up. The front desk agreed to arrange it very quickly. After a while, I received a text message confirming the pick-up. After arriving, I didn't see the driver. I called the front desk to coordinate. Later, I saw the driver get on the car, and the front desk called to confirm. It was really responsible. The check-in procedure was very fast. The hotel lobby looks brand new and bright, quiet in a busy place. The room is not big, double-glazed, and the sound insulation effect is very good. It feels better than the online reviews.

I had all sorts of worries before going and lowering my expectations might be a lot better. It feels like the hotel has been renovated, and overall it's much better than expected. The price is definitely not worth it, just one night is fine. The hotel staff gets off work at 6 o'clock, so remember to arrive before then.

雖然房間小，但是主打一個方便，適合無車黨，在主街上，購物、吃飯、接駁車都是幾分鐘，水景房，對面就是泄湖泳池和沙灘美景，下次來還會選擇這裏

位置是比較便利的，就在艾爾利沙灘的主街上，後邊就是泄湖和摩天輪，街對面很多餐廳和大型超市，陽台對出來就是泄湖海景，酒店內還有畫作藝術廊
