The room was very large and had a large balcony. We booked a sea view room. The sun was shining brightly on the day we arrived and the scenery was charming. However, it rained continuously for the next two days. It was a pity that the washing machine in the laundry room was a bit dirty and the clothes were washed by hand.

The scenery of the hotel is really unique. You have to go down a very high slope to get to the main road. When you go back to the hotel, it is very painful to go uphill. Fortunately, the overseas projects you signed up for are all picked up and dropped off by car.

The hotel is so beautiful and the suites are big enough. There is a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The hotel is located on a mountain, so it is more convenient to book an airport pick-up. Remember to take out the trash yourself~

Living in an apartment in Tu'ao itself does not have too high requirements And there is no five-star chain hotel like Cairns in the whole Airlie Beach The room facilities have been newly renovated in the past ten years. It’s justified. The shower head needs to be replaced. The toilet has a style from more than ten years ago. No service at all, the owner is a white Australian old lady, very friendly, but nothing else There is only one flight a day from Sydney to whitsunday. It arrives at the hotel at 3:00 in the afternoon. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that the lobby door is locked. There is a small cabinet next door. I feel that I may have to open the combination lock by myself. The process was sent to my mailbox, and I had already boarded the plane from Sydney that day. I didn’t understand why such an important document told me the password and check in and how to get the room key. Why was it sent to me at almost 11 noon that day? Checking mail at the airport? After all, I’m going on vacation. I can’t leave my Outlook mailbox when I book a hotel. I only left my Gmail, so before I arrived at the lobby, I didn’t even know that the front desk is closed in the afternoon. Later, I figured out that the front desk is the boss’s normal work. The time is 8 in the morning, 9:00 to 12:00 noon. Usually, her working hours also depends on her mood. In the morning, she can send luggage to her and call her. She can also answer the phone. Usually, she will watch the sea view and sunrise and read at the back, but sometimes she will leave early. I end up next to the front desk. I was messing around in my mailbox for a long time. I guess the boss saw me from the camera and opened the door for me when the door was not open. I stayed for four nights without cleaning, because the hotel will only be cleaned for more than 8 nights, and the garbage has to be taken to the garbage room under the lobby Afterwards, the boss brought me in without turning on the lights and told me the rules of staying in the hotel, including the cleaning fee if you leave garbage. If you open the room door for me, you will be charged 20 to 30 Australian dollars once. If you need to clean during the stay, you need to add money. The final deposit is 200. AUD 200 must be paid by credit card. I asked him if he could pay in cash, even if I paid more. She said no, that I didn’t have time to check when I left. In the end, the local ANZ bank card I swiped in Australia was refunded for 14 days. The boss also said that the money would not be refunded. ask me to go to the bank Then I went to my room. The big steps along the way are not suitable for tourists who do not drive, and the hotel is almost impossible to walk from Airlie Beach because it is on the hill and the speed is very fast. Walking at night is more dangerous these days. I was calling 13cabs, it cost about 100 Australian dollars to go up and down the mountain When I walked to the room she gave me, I was stunned after I went in. I told Ctrip that I would make a note of a better sea view room. Ctrip said it was no problem at the time, and then it was seriously inconsistent with the picture. I don’t know. I asked the boss. The boss said that the platform directly put it You put the room in this room and she said it was also a sea view room. I asked Ctrip that I had contacted Ms. Amanda of the hotel and she said that she would arrange it. Then I asked the hotel owner if I could change to a room with a better view. I can hardly see the sea. The boss showed me It’s also very helpless. If you want a better room next time, you need to call me one month in advance and I will arrange it for you (the room with a better view inside and outside, I want to add money) and you are an old customer, I will give you a discount next time I said what to do this time, she went back to check the computer and said that there are no other sea view rooms. I said that this doesn’t look like a sea view. She told me to go directly to her computer lobby and I didn’t want to go in because I believed it would be a day In the end, I can only live in this room. Before leaving, she said that you can come to the lobby to ask me tomorrow afternoon, but I can’t promise now. When Ctrip handles overseas orders, it’s better for me to ask the hotel directly Hygiene can only be said to be passable in an Australian apartment. For example, there are long hairs in the shower, and there are biscuit crumbs in the gap between the sofa seats. Also, the fire alarm sounded deafening for half an hour at 9:30 p.m. on the day of check-in. If I came from China, I would have been terrified. I went out to check and almost forgot to bring the key. I thought it was really on fire. It's a bit scary to open the door and pay a car to see everyone standing outside The hotel's quilt is just two sheets, and it's not cold outside, or there is a blanket that has been used many times in the storage room, which can be used directly, and the rest is fine. The hotel has no disposable items, and I have to bring disposable slippers from Sydney. I brought four pairs of garbage bags and I bought them myself. It’s almost the same as going out to rent a house. They are all garbage. You have to climb up the slope and take them to the garbage room at the door to sort them and put them away.

The hotel is on a mountain, a little far from the center. You can walk to the seaside and the business district and then go back up the mountain to rent it. The room is very large, comfortable and has a good view

A hotel that discriminates against Chinese clans, forced me to clean the room, and threatened me with 200 Austrian coins if I refused to return it. I suggest Ctrip remove this hotel.

It is simply a dream house, the room is large enough, and there is a terrace where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Every morning when you wake up, you feel like you are living in the scenery. Robin at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us book activities, which was very reliable. Highly recommended, will come again next time.
