The best hotel on Aitutaki Island Personally, I felt it was better than another one, but this one doesn't have overwater bungalows. The hotel is very large, the internet speed is good, and the air conditioning is very powerful—it's quite cold. I don't recommend booking a basic room; just book the ultimate ocean view villa directly. It's only about a thousand dollars more expensive. The area is much larger, and the experience is significantly better. The food is quite good, but the service is very slow. The service is generally good; the front desk can help you book things like motorbikes. It's normal to have some small insects on the table on a tropical island.

I really liked the hotel room type; the ocean-view balcony and garden shower had a tropical feel. The staff were very friendly. The food selection was limited, but the food was decent, and the prices weren't too expensive.

The hotel's restaurant is delicious, the spa is also very good, it is worth experiencing, there are fewer people on the beach, there are not many snorkelers, the water is very clear, but there are many plants and mosquitoes. If you eat in that restaurant, you will be bitten by insects all the time. Overall, from the airport pick-up to the airport drop-off, every waiter in the hotel is smiling, very kind and friendly. Just returned from a fabulous stay at the Pacific Resort Aikutaki. From the moment we were greeted by James at the airport with face towels, and a lei we were well cared for. Really can't say enough about the first class service, breathtaking grounds and view. We stayed in the Ultimate beachfront bungalow. The unit was clean and well appointed. The staff were attentive. Special shout out the Dorene in the restaurant for helping get our early am breakfast planned and served before the restaurant opened for our early am tour. Thank you to Baldwin for taking such good care of us and always making us feel special. Make sure to try the coconut rice and the fish tacos. Breakfast were plentiful and delicious. Dennis came and fixed our phone issue and was kind and personable. The grounds and landscaping are absolutely beautiful and complimented the relaxing atmosphere. Could not stop smiling the entire time we stayed. During the stay we went on an island tour with Captain T and whale watching with Captain Ned from Saint Tours.(booked on our own). We did rent a care but may not have needed it as the store was close and both tours provided transportation. It was nice to explore the island with the car but not needed. When we return we may still rent a care to give us flexibility. We have travleled extensively and must say our stay at the Pacific Resort in Aikutaki was one of our best vacations ever.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. James picked us up from the airport and was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome right away. Once we arrived at the hotel, Trevor took excellent care of us and was very helpful in booking our tours. The restaurant staff was also exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to returning!
