My wife and l very much enjoyed our stay with Paul in this charming apartment in the centre of beautiful Aix-en-Provence. It exceeded our expectations, l didn't realise there would even be cooking facilities in the studio, and a delightful communal courtyard in which one can eat and drink, or just relax. We'll definitely return.

Had a fantastic stay in France! The place was in a great location, super convenient, and the room was really comfortable. The owner was really friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!

We will be visiting the POLICE about this couple. they are scammers/thiefs. we were left on the street. They change their name frequently to venelles appts, les precheurs studios, amongst other names. they will be reported very soon. we live most of the time in Aix en provence but needed a room which we booked a week before. the owner was hostile and took the full booking without letting my FRENCH partner into the property. we will be going to visit them soon enough.

AVOID THIS HOTEL.....THIS IS A SCAM HOTEL. THEY ALSO GO UNDER THE NAME les precheurs. they took our money and left us on the street in winter. WE WILL BE VISITING THE POLICE VERY SOON. AND REPORTING THEM FOR THEIR THEFT AND IMPROPRIETRY. avoid

So these guys are completely crazy. They need you create two Airbnb profiles to be able to book their accomodations. ( We told them you can have a ID if you want on arrival) After paying they they bother us with all these things so you end up having conversations for hours with basicaly a ****** who want to check who you are! ( Mark checking you on LinkedIn as well!!!) For real! Do you think it's normal. Yes people can see you! You are not invisible . They steal us money. No refund from Airbnb at all . They didnt want to give us anything back! Even we canceled 18 hours before arriving. We said ok it's seems too complicated to booked an accomodation for only 2 nights with them. Scammers! Stalkers! Just people making problems! Avoid at all costs!

A really horrible stay. My room had a very bad case of bedbugs that caused severe bites all over my body. The bugs were a daily issue throughout my stay and the bites and itching were very painful. I now have permanent scaring. I noticed dust on a lot of surfaces and areas so I see how the bedbugs grew because the room isn’t throughly cleaned. There were lots of dark rust coloured spots on the bedding that indicated that they had an issue with bedbugs before. The rooms are not professionally cleaned instead you’ll get the room cleaned by how the previous guest cleaned it themselves. Overall would not recommend and you will be better off checking into a traditional hotel.

In total I spent over €65 in a few days on multiple creams and medicines to try and soothe the painful bites and constant itching. I noticed dust on a lot of surfaces and areas so I see how the bedbugs grew because the room isn’t throughly cleaned. There were lots of dark rust coloured spots on the bedding that indicated that they had an issue with bedbugs before. It’s also taking multiple days for my €250 deposit to be returned. Over would not recommend and you will be better off checking into a traditional hotel.

This place has bedbugs. The owner, Paul knew about the problem as I read two previous reviews one week before I stayed and three months before I stayed that also complained of a terrible infestation of bedbugs. When I told him he played like he didn’t know what I was talking about and that it just couldn’t be true. When I left the hotel, he said he would reimburse me my money. He then contacted *********** and showed us as a no-show, which charged us for 15 days that we had rented his place even though we only stayed five nights, because the bedbug infestation was so awful. I initially thought it was mosquitoes And I had to go to the hospital because my body was covered in bites. He ruined our trip and he stole our money. This is not the first complaint of his dubious activities. Trip advisor be aware. Do not let other people fall victim to this person.
