Villa Saint-Ange Hôtel & Spa

The room is very good, considered large in European hotels, and the environment is beautiful! The service was very good. We arrived at the hotel at around 8 o'clock in the morning. We thought that according to the usual practice, we would have to store our luggage and wait until the afternoon to check in. Unexpectedly, there was a vacancy and we were able to check in directly. The hotel's heated swimming pool and restaurant are very beautiful, and the restaurant's dessert soufflé is amazing!

Ceiling! So beautiful! I don't want to go home at all! The exquisite villa decoration style interprets the southern French style to the extreme! Breakfast and dinner are great! I look forward to staying in this hotel next time I come to the south of France!

I booked a room with breakfast, but was told that the restaurant was closed. I received cold bread in the room. This was an unpleasant experience. It felt like a hotel on the verge of bankruptcy, which was totally inconsistent with the cost.

Very good! If I come to AIX again, I will choose to stay here. The only suggestion is to replace those fake flowers with real ones, it will be perfect.

The hotel was so pretty and satisfying. I felt like I was treated like a princess, so I think it was the best honeymoon accommodation. I want to come back again next time I have a chance to go to Aix-en-Provence~

花園型酒店很棒，用餐環境特別好，游泳池值得一試。

或許是艾克斯最有法式奢華感的酒店，總體不錯。自駕前往，每日停車費25歐，但第一天下午4點左右到的時候，前台完全沒人，找了清潔工去喊，然後才姍姍來遲。前台接待一個捲髮女的我們很不滿意，表情冷漠，帶我們去房間的途中沒有任何關於酒店服務和設施的介紹，我們連早餐在哪裡吃幾點都不清楚，這點很不符合酒店的定位，所以服務扣分！除此以外都不錯，早餐算是豐盛，有自助有單點，泳池很舒服，泊車小哥每次積極熱情。走路距離古城10分鐘，很方便。總體瑕不掩瑜，避雷那個前台即可。

非常讓人賓至如歸的服務體驗！酒店CEO好像是位女士，前台也是女士偏多，整體的入住體驗讓人在很多細節上感到温馨，為我這次獨自旅行帶來了很温暖的回憶👍🏻酒店裡的米其林餐廳味道不錯，麪包和舒芙蕾都很好吃。
