I had booked a T1 comfort with parking and breakfast. The reception called me on Friday to tell me that there would be no one at the reception on Saturday. Which was not planned. So I was given codes to get in. I was also informed that there would be no breakfast on Sunday, even though I had chosen and paid for this option. If I had known this before, I would not have booked this accommodation. A horror as far as parking is concerned. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. and could not find the entrance to the car park, nor a space in a public car park to go and collect our badge. Nothing had been explained to me about access to the car park, when booking or when calling reception. In order to find the entrance, we went down using the internal stairs leading to the car park. Walking through the huge garage, we finally arrived at the opening. It was difficult to locate it from the outside because it was located on an unpaved road under construction with a no entry sign. We had a coffee maker placed on a shelf without a power outlet. We thought we would have a view of the lake, what a disappointment with this view of the campsite and construction equipment. As stated on the site, we were supposed to have a queen size bed when ours was quite narrow. The photos showed a round table when there was none. We had lunch side by side on the desk. It's not very romantic and pleasant!!! This residence may not be finished but that doesn't explain all these anomalies. Very disappointed I do not recommend this residence and will not return there

We booked a studio and requested the terrace by phone. Our studio being located on the 4th floor, we had a magnificent view of Lake Bourget. The studio seems a little small at first glance but the terrace clearly allows it to be enlarged and to be able to eat outside. The kitchen equipment is certainly minimalist but is no less functional. The bedding was as we like it, firm and allows for a good night's sleep. The heat in the rooms, despite the ventilation, can quickly become stifling. However, after requesting, we were able to obtain a fan, which was necessary to have a good night's sleep. So yes, we agree with the other comments on the fact that there was dust but who has never had an experience in a new home? The dust from the work always ends up settling and it takes weeks to get rid of it... The underground parking is a plus to be able to park without hassle and in the cool. Finally, the staff who certainly seem a little overwhelmed, are nonetheless very friendly and helpful. Given the superb location, we will definitely be back.
