The room was comfortable and the staff were polite. Japanese bathrooms work differently than I expected, so future guests should be mindful of water usage. Overall a convenient stay. In a very nice area of the city. Would recommend

It's a little far from the station, but there are quite a few izakayas nearby where you can have a quick drink before heading home. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a business hotel.

The price was reasonable, the front desk staff was kind and polite, and the amenities were great 😊 There were many types of tea bags, massage chairs on the second floor, and a coin laundry on the fourth floor, which was nice, but the next morning after my stay, when I took a bath and pulled the stopper, the water leaked into the toilet and my slippers got soaked! I called the front desk right away, but all they said was an apology. I was hoping for something tangible, so maybe I was expecting too much? It's a shame, as I wanted to end my stay with a very positive review!
