Hanare Matsushimakaku

Great location, right next to the stream. The hotel has been renovated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful. Animal-friendly, and pets can even soak in the hot spring. Thumbs up!

The rooms are nice and the meals are excellent. There was only one small episode. I booked a room of 86 square meters, and went to compare the room with 38 square meters. When I asked the staff, they just said it was none of their business. I called trip.com and called for about an hour. I was hungry and cold, although I finally found out that it was trip.com. Problem, but the hotel's response/ability is really not good. It's 100% if everything goes smoothly. If there is an emergency, Li may not be able to help. . Of course there is a problem with communication. After all, this is a rural place, and people who want to go there must be mentally prepared. The hotel is 2,380 yen away from the JR station by taxi. The hotel does not have a free shuttle. If you want to go shopping, you have to take a taxi or there is a sightseeing bus, but it runs at least every hour.

We stayed in the Mizu no Ma room. It was a very nice room with a dining area and an open-air bath. The private baths and the public bath were also very clean and excellent. The meals were also very luxurious, including matsutake mushrooms and steak. Breakfast included mochi, and we were completely full. It is a hotel we would like to visit again.
