"This small inn is a delightful hotel with one of the best restaurants in the village and the best margarita I have ever enjoyed anywhere at any time (no exaggeration)! The staff to a person is personable and hospitable, and the location is in the heart of Ajijic- close to the main plaza and the Malecon. The rooms are clean and spacious, and if you get the breakfast plan, you will have a great array of choices. In the month we were there, we always looked forward to choosing the meal to start the day. The rooms in the back of the hotel open to an extremely charming courtyard and are nice and quiet, while the rooms at the front of the hotel overlook the street and can be a bit noisy before quieting down around 11pm. (There is a great jazz bar right across the street!) This is a great value that immerses a guest into the village of Ajijic."
