The room was great, a classic! This time I stayed in a king-size bed room with sea view + pool view. It happened to be my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel sent a small cake! I'm very grateful; it brought a touch of ceremonial joy to someone who wanted to celebrate their birthday discreetly. My only minor issue is: why was I addressed as Mr.? When I checked in, I was clearly a Mrs.! 🥹 Perhaps Chinese names don't clearly indicate gender to people from other countries? But please pay more attention in the future! To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.😅

A wonderful hotel with a perfect location. The chef was excellent – everything was delicious, even though there weren't many guests. The Russian-speaking lady at the reception was very kind. They gave us a great, upgraded room and quickly resolved any issues. Impeccable and unobtrusive service.

Overall for a old hotel very good very very good just a bit dark in rooms and bathroom could do with a door but the view and breakfast and service by staff outstanding

The hotel is excellent and has everything you need. The location is great, with many restaurants and other amenities nearby, and the sea is beautiful. Everything is available. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my visits to Ajman.

Unfortunately, the room had bed bugs. We informed the management, who kindly changed our room, but the children were affected by the incident and couldn't sleep.

Great beachfront stay at Fairmont Ajman. Spacious rooms, stunning sea views, and excellent service. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Our experience at Fairmont Ajman hotel was superb great and all the staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. From reception, housekeeping,F&B, pool attendants they are all kind and genuine staff. Kudos fairmont. What we love the most was the room upgrade with sea view. free bday cake for my daughter’s bday, and the food and service.

All in all it was a good experience, furniture is a bit outdated though. Breakfast and dinner options were good, everything's fresh and the salads were very clean and fresh. Pools are Ok, beach was clean. Cafe inside the hotel was nice and relaxing.
