We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay. Positives Staff very helpful A room was provided even though we checked in early Pool staff excellent Sun beds on beach plentiful Large room, big shower and bath Option to use 100 aed in restaurants Free bus to dubai twice daily Improvements Shower tray very mouldy Funny damp smell in room and floor 1 Air con hit and miss Lack of sunbeds around the pool after 8am Absolutely nothing to do in the evening. Singer on weekends only. Cant really go for a nice walk outside Cleaning of room to be improved Put some cold drinks in the fridge in the room. Not just water. If you want hot weather, good value for what you pay (far less than dubai) and are happy to accept some compromises eg no drinks after 11 and no entertainment in the week Then its all good. Would I return?? Probably not.

The hotel service was good. I helped the customer book a hotel. Due to special circumstances, he had to return to China early and needed to refund one day's room charge. I contacted the platform and after feedback from the platform and the hotel, the hotel agreed to refund one day's room charge! This is the first time I have met a hotel that agreed to refund the room fee. Give the hotel a thumbs up, otherwise more than a thousand yuan will be wasted!

Just checked out after 9 wonderful nights. All the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to may our stay wonderful. Christopher at the restaurant went over and above to sort any issues + Chris & Thilina at the pool provided excellent and attentive service. Exceptional hotel - all the staff were brilliant. We have stayed at numerous 5* hotel in the past 20 years and this hotel is the best we have stayed at - 5* hotel with 5* service - best ever AI, Marriott should be proud of this hotel and it's staff and would definitely stay again.

The service was great. Right from the beginning Nasser checked us in at the reception he was super friendly with lovely smile all the time. Nasser, Hema and supervisor Mohamned were very helpful in getting me my 3 rooms on same floor. Sandeepani in dining area was one great soul who serviced me everytime I went for my meals. Amena did a great job with my room cleanup service. All staff members were super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to all traveller's interested in visiting Ajman.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

We stayed this time 5 nights in the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah. It was the fifth time we were there. The driver from the hotel picked us up from the airport and also brought us back to the airport. Very nice service. We arrived at 04.30 am in the morning in the hotel and the checking in was very quick so we could sleep a couple of hours and then we went to breakfast. The breakfest was this time in buffet and also you could choose something from the card. The breakfest food in restaurant Vinesse was very good. On the same day we arrived we did a trip to Dubai with the driver and the car from the hotel in the afternoon for going up in to the Burj khalifa en saw the Pearle show. Every one must see this show it is a great show. The other days we stayed at the beach and at the pool. The lunch and dinner are also very good in Vinesse Restaurant. We hope next time we will visit the new villa's and the new pool and restaurant are also ready. Thanks to Yadna from the Vinesse restaurant and george from concierge and munish the driver from the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The beach is a private beach, the beach and the loungers are very clean and you get towels from the hotel. I particularly liked the sunset on the beach. With the all inclusive package you could order coffee, cola, juices, Sprite, etc. and water on the beach. The food tasted above average and there was a changing selection every day. We were very excited about the buffet!! The waiters are very friendly. The hotel has a large pool and a whirlpool with great loungers. All facilities were very clean. I can recommend this hotel and would like to come again! 😍

I had an incredible stay at Zoya last week, and every person who took care of me contributed to making it unforgettable. The location is perfect , sea view rooms. I came from abudhabi and my transportation will be at 3pm the next day and they are so kind that they have provided me a later check out. But the high light of the property is the house keeping supervisor named Mr. Kazeem. His so friendly and having the perfect smile and good customer service. We stayed here during the Eid Holidays with my family and we are satisfied with our stay. First, the location is amazing! It is in the city center and everything you need is just around the corner. Second, we love the view and we thank the team for granting us our request for a sea view. Third, their service is great and they attended to all our needs and request as quick as they could. For us this is really important and we really appreciate your staff's promptness. We encountered some minor issues during the stay but everything was resolved and we are happy. Lastly, I would like to commend Ms. Jennifer at the Reception for giving us such a warm welcome. She was very accommodating and nice which made us feel at home.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

Just checked out after 9 wonderful nights. All the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to may our stay wonderful. Christopher at the restaurant went over and above to sort any issues + Chris & Thilina at the pool provided excellent and attentive service. Exceptional hotel - all the staff were brilliant. We have stayed at numerous 5* hotel in the past 20 years and this hotel is the best we have stayed at - 5* hotel with 5* service - best ever AI, Marriott should be proud of this hotel and it's staff and would definitely stay again.

If you want hot weather, good value for what you pay (far less than dubai) and are happy to accept some compromises eg no drinks after 11 and no entertainment in the week Then its all good. We stayed this time 5 nights in the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah. It was the fifth time we were there. The driver from the hotel picked us up from the airport and also brought us back to the airport. Very nice service. We arrived at 04.30 am in the morning in the hotel and the checking in was very quick so we could sleep a couple of hours and then we went to breakfast. The breakfest was this time in buffet and also you could choose something from the card. The breakfest food in restaurant Vinesse was very good. On the same day we arrived we did a trip to Dubai with the driver and the car from the hotel in the afternoon for going up in to the Burj khalifa en saw the Pearle show. Every one must see this show it is a great show. The other days we stayed at the beach and at the pool. The lunch and dinner are also very good in Vinesse Restaurant. We hope next time we will visit the new villa's and the new pool and restaurant are also ready. Thanks to Yadna from the Vinesse restaurant and george from concierge and munish the driver from the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The beach is a private beach, the beach and the loungers are very clean and you get towels from the hotel. I particularly liked the sunset on the beach. With the all inclusive package you could order coffee, cola, juices, Sprite, etc. and water on the beach. The food tasted above average and there was a changing selection every day. We were very excited about the buffet!! The waiters are very friendly. The hotel has a large pool and a whirlpool with great loungers. All facilities were very clean. I can recommend this hotel and would like to come again! 😍

The location is perfect , sea view rooms. I came from abudhabi and my transportation will be at 3pm the next day and they are so kind that they have provided me a later check out. We stayed here during the Eid Holidays with my family and we are satisfied with our stay. First, the location is amazing! It is in the city center and everything you need is just around the corner. Second, we love the view and we thank the team for granting us our request for a sea view. Third, their service is great and they attended to all our needs and request as quick as they could. For us this is really important and we really appreciate your staff's promptness. We encountered some minor issues during the stay but everything was resolved and we are happy. Lastly, I would like to commend Ms. Jennifer at the Reception for giving us such a warm welcome. She was very accommodating and nice which made us feel at home.
