"I was very disappointed with my experience at the Pratap Mahal. The establishment clearly prioritizes appearances, but attention to detail is completely lacking. Just look at the state of cleanliness of the bathrooms: frankly deplorable for a hotel of this standard. The meal ordered in the dining room was absolutely not up to my expectations—it tasted like frozen food, with no flavor or effort put into it. Another very problematic point: the staff entered my room without my permission, which is unacceptable. The hotel is also quite isolated and offers a car service for €30 for 3 hours, a clearly excessive price considering the cost in India. Following these problems, the manager came in person to apologize. The meal in the dining room was offered as a gesture of goodwill, and we were offered a room upgrade. I appreciate the effort, but it wasn't enough to redeem the overall experience. I ultimately decided to leave the hotel a night early. Despite my non-refundable reservation, I do not recommend it."

The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Satya Ji for his outstanding support and warm hospitality throughout our stay. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I highly recommend Bambusa Mulberry Resort to anyone visiting Pushkar. It is a perfect place to stay with family or friends, and we would definitely love to visit again!"

"Staying at Ramada by Wyndham Ajmer was a mistake. The housekeeping is non-existent; finding lipstick and kajal stains on the bedsheets shows they don't even bother to wash the linens properly. Beyond the dirt, the front desk is dishonest. They explicitly promised me a late check-out and then denied it later without any valid reason. Terrible communication and even worse hygiene standards."

"Extremely Disappointing Experience – After Four Continuous Years of Visiting I have been continuously visiting Rawai Luxury Tents, Pushkar for the last four years and have always had a good impression of the property. Unfortunately, my last two visits in July and August were extremely disappointing, mainly because of the behaviour of a staff member, Leher Singh. The language, tone and manner in which Leher Singh spoke to me were extremely rude, disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a hospitality property. As a returning guest who had visited continuously for four years, I expected much better treatment. I also own a travel agency and have personally recommended Rawai to many of my clients and contacts. However, after my recent experiences, I can no longer recommend this property with confidence. This was my last visit and the last time I will recommend Rawai to anyone. The management seriously needs to look into staff behaviour and guest handling. A luxury property is not defined only by its tents and facilities—respectful and professional treatment of guests matters just as much. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately."

He saw I was struggling with arthritic knees and gave me a message and was very solicitous to my husband suffering with an upset stomach. A heater was produced without us asking as it was cold in our room. All the rooms are beautiful. The food at the cafe was in our Western eyes very good."
