"he accommodation itself looks great and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, there is still a lot of work to be done. When it rained, water leaked through the windows and into the room. There was also a terrible smell coming from the bathroom/toilet, which made our stay quite unpleasant. We also asked the staff to come and help us with the TV, but despite our request, nobody ever came. It’s a shame because the place looks really nice and could be an excellent accommodation, but they still need to work a lot on maintenance, cleanliness, and guest service."

"I really enjoyed staying here (as a hotel!) Clearly a new and modern hotel it has all you'd expect to make your stay nice from a good restaurant to a small bar. The rooms were larger than I expected with a nice choice at breakfast which should cover most peoples morning needs."

"The resort's location is in the heart of nature, and the villas and walkways are beautiful from the outside. However, the service is poor, the resort is overpriced, and it's far from amenities. There aren't any shops selling food or drinks inside or near the resort! The villa handover was delayed. I think if there were more services and improvements to the resort, it would be absolutely wonderful, given its location in the middle of the forest."
