Club Med Kiroro Grand

This was a very relaxing ski holiday at Club Med, the food was good and the kids enjoyed the group ski lessons. Highly recommended. The only regret was that many guests at the hotel had norovirus. Hopefully the hotel will strengthen the management of this virus next winter. We will come again.

The hotel is very new, with Chinese services provided by ********* men and women. The hotel can directly take the cable car to and from the ski resort. The price of renting ski equipment at the hotel is cheaper than going directly to Kiroro, which is a discount for hotel guests. Remember to bring your own snow goggles, which are personal items that are only sold but not rented. There are many people in the free skiing courses, so it is more efficient to pay for a coach yourself. Needless to say, there are a wide variety of drinks and meals, which are not repeated and of good quality. The two nights we stayed happened to be New Year's Eve and the first day of the new year. There was a fireworks show, the atmosphere of the Chinese New Year was very strong, and the overall experience was very good. Except for the price, there is nothing wrong. The hotel is a paradise for children! The whole family had a great time! Skiing during the day and the hotel arranged different activities at night for family fun! The hotel staff are very friendly, from the general manager to the G.O. Everyone greeted us warmly. The room is very large for a Japanese hotel!
